Sunny Paradise Resort

I am leaving a review of ngwe saung sunny paradise hotel. We booked the hotel from January 10 to January 12, 2025. This trip is not to my liking from the express bus. The bus introduced by the hotel reception is dirty and does not come at the reserved time. Also, when taking the bus, it does not come to the pick-up location and does not drop off at the designated location when returning. We had to call a taxi because we were late. The hotel is also dirty and the shower water does not drain. If you want to enjoy your trip to mgwe saung, please book another hotel.

The pool is not bad there is 2 pools and nice pool for enough people.The rooms aren't that bad but there some cleanings to do like the bathtub is kinda disgusting. The services are so bad. They doesn't pick up the calls and we have to go talk to the reception and they still even ignore them.They also take money for each person even a 8 year old child.We request 2 extra mattress and they give us one only and we ask them and they said we can't provide that but we will stay take the money for the person. There is no tea time and the breakfast is so little.

Amazing view. The swimming pool is rly good and it is a nice place to take photos. The rooms are clean and there is 24 hrs electricity. Also it is perfect to enjoy the sea while having breakfast. Staffs are friendly. All perfect except it’s a bit dark in some areas at night due to lack of enough street lamps.

We stayed in the resort with our team on our team building trip. The room was so big and well cleaned. The breakfast was great with nice foods. The GM Ko Nyi was very helpful and The Restaurant Manager was very friendly towards all of her customers. We will definitely come back again.

A great place among the rest for beach activities. The reception and breakfast hall have an amazing panoramic view of the sea. Swimming pool is huge. The Sandy beach at the front of hotel is clean and spacious for walking or group activities. A few food stalls nearby. There are a variety of room types to choose from to match your need, from budget rooms to private bungalows. The buffet breakfast is above average and delicious. Meals can be a bit pricey but clean and taste okay. Plenty of car parking lots. You can rent bicycles from the concierge to go around.

I 'm really recommend this place. Because breakfast was excellent . You can walk and take the photos in the wide area of hotel. All staff 've sweet smile & good service. Room is very clean . It was a good experience for us.If it happens the next time,I'll stay here. I'm strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much Sunny Paradise.

Bad review for that hotel resort. Stuff are not well trained to do their job. When I told them for check out I need to wait more than half hours to come and check the room. After that I asked reception for buggy and wait another 15 minutes but not come so we need to bring our belongings by ourselves. Charges 5star rate but service 1 star service.

We took a Bungalow for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the neighbours beside our bungalow were quarrels and fighting from 8 to 9 PM. I was informed to the reception counter about 2-3 times during the annoying fights. As soon as the Operation Manager knew about it, he came to apologize to us and relocate to the better upgraded room package.They provide a better service ever and I would like to recommend and rated as/5
