Sunny Side Up Westend

This hidden gem of a place in Frankfurt Westend for breakfast and lunch is absolutely fabulous. We went for breakfast this morning. Man! We had to wait in line for at least 25 minutes before we were seated. The staff were very friendly especially our waiter Ale(Alessandro) is such a sweetheart. Once seated, he took our order very quickly and the food arrived very fast( we were told that they were short staffed!) We ordered the Sunny side up(two sunny side ups with bread, Avocado, salad and pomegranate) and Circle of Trust (Bagel, Avocados, Tomato and salad), Mimosa and Coffee Americano. The food was very delicious and absolutely out of the world. We finished the meal with a shot of ginger extract(compliments of Sunny side up! Thank you Ale for your wonderful hospitality!). My new go to place for breakfast in Frankfurt city. No wonder the reviews about this place are very good. If you are in the mood for a good breakfast and do not mind vegetarian/ vegan food, look no further, this is your go to place hands down.

Great vibes and good food/drinks. Had to wait in the line for a while to get in but was absolutely worth it. The girl that served us was extremely kind and friendly. Tbh, they all were. Anyways, we loved our little brunch and would recommend to anyone who is in Frankfurt or wants to do a stopover in Frankfurt like we did.

Great breakfast and good coffee close to the old opera. Highly recommended. Be prepared to wait in line though. The vegan pancakes were better than any pancakes I ever had before.

Although at peak times you may have to queue for 10 minutes or so, it's absolutely worth it. Really fantastic menu which gave me a hard time deciding what I wanted! Bagels were delicious and the coffee was also great. Staff were very friendly and an all round great experience. They have outdoor seating for nice weather and blankets for cold weather. I also noticed there was less of a queue at 12.30pm on a Sunday compared with at 11.30am! But maybe just for that day. Definitely worth a visit!

A small tip for people coming for pan cakes: they are only available before 15 o’clock 🥲 No reservation possible but at around 15:30 there were still many seating places. Staff was nice. The shop offers some interesting drinks. Banana bread was tasty.

My favourite brunch place in Frankfurt! Though the line is long at all times, it is worth waiting. The blueberry pancakes were very fluffy, and the açai bowl definitely has a reason for its popularity. The Rote Beete Latte and Butterfly Pea Latte were not as ideal, but curiosity had me try it. The pancake was great, yet partially uncooked 😅

Perhaps the best brunch I ve ever tasted in Frankfurt and one the top in general. Top quality first ingredients, delicious whatever we tasted. For sure I recommend and I will visit in the future. Be patient as it is very very popular so either you have to go by opening or wait but it won't take long. The only negative comment would be prices as I found them but pricy but on the whole absolute value for money

A great place for brunch. Fresh ingredients and delicious food. Although the menu is basic and limited; it doesn't goes beyond serving the usual breakfast stuff (pancakes beagles and coffee) you will get excellent quality.
