Sunny Suites Inn

We have expected something nice after seeing property on Agoda website . We paid for two nights. After coming we found room is small that’s not a problem but which makes me more disappointed was cleanliness and safety of rooms . We changed 3 rooms but it seems all room are same after checking with receptionist they mentioned no locks in any rooms windows and all safety box are not able to use and it’s long time no maintenance. I am writing this hoping my review take on consideration and owner of this hotel check on this matter and do maintenance.

This hotel was very nice and staff were very friendly.Room was very nice and clean also their behaviour were very good. If I go in Maldives again I will go Sunny Suites Inn definitely. I loved this hotel place very much. I liked mostly the breach that was in front of our hotel and sound of the waves.

Firstof all they charge me very high..... according to room and room quality tariff is on very high side. 1. Now, breakfast is included in my booking, but when I ask for it, bangladeshi reception guy said your breakfast time finish now you can not order ... breakfast time is 7-9, they haven't told me and I reached reception at 9:05am, and he deny to give breakfast. 2. Than in room, used water bottle is placed, they even not change water bottle. 3. Room is very small, even not enough for single person/ single occupancy

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower was extremely dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for several days. I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower or use their towels. The towels were yellow from dirt, the room smelled of smoke, and the windows wouldn’t open. This is 100% a scam – the photos show one thing, but when you arrive, you’re met with a nightmare. Any complaints you make will be dismissed with “there are no available rooms, you booked this one.” All the pictures in their profile are scam

Room was ok but bathroom was too small. Service was pathetic. Breakfast was same everyday and that is bread slices, jam, butter, boiled egg and orange.. one day we were late by only 10 minutes and we didn't get breakfast! I won't recommend this hotel at all..

I wouldn’t recommend sunny suites inn. The rooms are dirty. One of the lights in my room did not turn off when you flipped the light switch, which made it difficult to sleep at night with a bright light that remained on. I asked the staff if they could try to see if they could turn the light out and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Additionally, the faucet in the bathroom sink dripped all night which also made it difficult to sleep with the persistent noise from this. They did not care to fix these problems in the room or maintain a level of comfort for their guests. They had several posters in the reception about day trips you could sign up for. I spoke to the manager about one of the ones I was interested in that he was advertising at the hotel. The manager told me that he will call in the morning of the next day about the trip, promising me several times as I came in and out of the room. The next day he was not present and did not inform me about the trip I wanted to sign up for. I asked three different staff at sunny suites inn about the trip and my conversation with the manager and none of them cared at all, all of them blowing me off and providing me with ambiguous uninterested answers, simply saying he’s not here which I was aware of and that they don’t know anything about the trip but they didn’t attempt to reach out to him simply responding that the trip may be canceled without looking into it. It was frustrating to be put off like this especially when they’re advertising the trip in their hotel. I wish they had provided me the number of the tour company then I would have been able to get in touch with them myself. So for these reasons I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It was a total horrible experience staying in this hotel. Room was very unhealthy, not very clean, very conjusted. Wash room was most horrible. No space for even move. Basin was of very ancient nature. Few Staffs were rude. Only Srilankan houses keeping lady was humble. Breakfast was awful and with very very limited menu

You get exactly the rooms as in the photos with more views. With absolutely perfect location.
