Marketed as a 4-star hotel and priced accordingly, but the experience was anything but. Room wasn’t ready at check-in despite confirming arrival, floors still wet when we eventually got in, and a visibly stained mattress protector that hadn’t been changed. Leaking coffee machine, WiFi outages, ants in the room and “daily servicing” that was little more than bed-making. Plates and cutlery with no sink or microwave makes no sense. Nice reception staff, but overall cleanliness, service and attention to detail fall well below 4-star standards. Overpriced and disappointing.
