Awful place booking .com are to blame and the owners to wheelchair people don’t come here 1 could not access the pool it was barricaded off Couldn’t shower my daughter in our room because of the shower over bath setup Lock on door was faulty and lack security Beating music till 5am Old towels No peace and quiet here Back bar staff nice but the music was so loud and the furniture is covered with rust and sea spray our room face this area which was bloody dirty and cluttered with junk Free breakfast was poor quality and cold coffee. Cockroach on the cafe furniture

Overcharged on drinks bill twice, it was put right and apologised for.. but twice ? Sunbeds old and some broken and pool not as clean as it could have been. Staff friendly and request for extra pillows granted straight away.

The good reviews are mostly from people who came just for a beer or to eat something. The hotel has a great location and the staff is amazing, but it’s incredibly worn down. Mold everywhere, smell of mold literally on every room. Cockroaches in your room are a standard (at least in the beachfront villas). Bed sheets are dirty or with holes. Toilets have crusted dirt, probably not being properly cleaned since years. Don’t waste your money here. Sorry never again.

Great hotel in Haadrin, stayed there for a couple of nights. The hotel is right at the beach front plus you have a pool with an ocean view, although it's not that bi, but still fun. Staff members are awesome I even got a room upgrade for free by the manager because he wanted me and my friends to have rooms next to each other. Definitely reccomend

This place has a decent location on the beach and the bed is clean. Other than that, terrible, air con not cold, WiFi doesn’t work, staff have bad attitude, sockets not working, door locks hard to use, bidet spray blocked, key deposit B1000 - etc… it’s just run down and a bit depressing overall. To top it off, the worst food in the restaurant - especially breakfast, embarrassingly over priced if you don’t pay in advanced ( and only get instant coffee ‘free’ with your B250 breakfast, gotta pay B60 for a proper coffee - how lame is that? Coffee is like pennies) crappy frankfurter sausages 9 On an English breakfast(???), soggy beans). The worst hotel experience of my nationwide trip so far. Clearly the place is targeted towards the full moon party crowd, much like this area. The soul of the people, the paying for toilets, and goal to grab money for this and that is not for me. Congratulating myself for booking only one night. See ya! Karp Khun Kup.

I’ve travelled thailand for months and this is frankly the worst of all the hotel experiences I’ve had. Clearly the place is targeted towards the full moon party crowd, much like this area. The soul of the people and the paying for the toilets, and constant desire to grab money for this and that mentality is not what I want from my tourism experiences - and Thailand usually does those so very well. But, it’s the party effect, I guess it is what it is. Congratulating myself for booking only one night. See ya!

Amezing place my room is front of sea I m in love♥️ with this place highly recommend

The location is not too bad. It takes about 20 minutes from Thongsala pier by taxi but there is a beach just in front of hotel. There also private pool only for guests. Room is good. Enough clean, bright but amenities are a little bit disappointing. There are no toothbrushes. Sometimes we got only shower gel. No shampoo. We needed to go to reception to get them. Overall it is good hotel in Koh Phangan.
