Sunrise Terrace

Lived here for 5 years the people in the office are rude and don’t even know how do to their job right. They break into their cars no security unless you call them after it happens, they tell you call your insurance, we are not responsible.

Been here for goin on 2 1/2 yrs and yes they're nice place to live but the people here aren't so great! No one respects anyones space or property!! These are way to nice for some of the people that live here!! And they now have a roach problem which these apts had no issue with when we moved in but now they are everywhere especially outside!

I lived here from Oct 2011-Oct 2013. I loved living there. Management was always polite....especially Betty. I something needed to be fixed, it was fixed immediately. Never had problems with roaches, bugs.

Office staff were rude and stuck up when I tried to apply here very unwelcoming I wonder how they treat there minority tenants. Thinking of reporting them

Nice apartments. But the kids that run around are from apartments and homes nearby so they cause havoc...

Always treated with respect by staff and officers... There's good and bad... But overall great place to live... I indeed there from 2011-2014 and actually considered moving back... Pill was messed up due to different reasons... And can't place the blame on any race or group of kids... Don't like it move out... Don't visit... Bottom line, don't complain...

This is an okay place to live quiet for the most part you do have your occasional domestic disputes and what not and the stench of Marajuna under your cuboards and coming through your outlets and u can forget about leaving your window open lol other than that and some foul mouth 8 yr old running around it's pretty quiet ,clean and nicer then all other income based apts up here

haven't mood in yet not until July but the staff are very nice and I like the way they have a play area in the office for the children
