Sunset At The Palms Resort

Sunset at the Palms is the perfect place to stay. The treehouse was beautiful and it was so nice to be in a quiet place. I loved my treehouse so much that I will be returning. The concierge was so welcoming and made me feel special. Everyone at the resort was so friendly from the waiters, waitresses to the wonderful bartenders and housekeepers. The food was really delicious and it was a different theme every night. Lotus leaf and the Chef Showcase is also a must try! ||If you want to be with nature and away from the concrete buildings, Sunset at the Palms is definitely for you. I can't wait to return! It's my happy place. Also, as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Everyone there makes sure you are ok and that your vacation is going well. If your vacation vision involves a lush, intimate escape without the flash and fanfare of massive resorts, Sunset at the Palms delivers in style. The rooms are so cozy! No concrete jungle. The low-key, adults‑only vibe is amazing. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful and there is no poolside techno music. Which was greatly appreciated. A crossing guard helps guests reach the private beach club which is a short walk across the street. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The staff on the beach also did a great job of keeping the peddlers away. Sunset at the Palms was a romantic, restful haven for us. We definitely preferred its serene Indo‑Caribbean charm over resort spectacle. It’s not the place for loud parties or all-night entertainment—but we valued its personalized service, delectable food, a swim‑up bar, and beachside bliss without crowds, you’ll love it. Ideal for: • Quiet, romantic getaways • Nature lovers and spagoers • Travelers who appreciate a cozy, boutique resort Not ideal for: • Party-seekers craving nightlife • Those wanting beachfront rooms • Guests seeking vibrant entertainment

Amazing only begins to describe SATP. The grounds are immaculate, lush and very private. The food was wonderful and was by far the best all inclusive culinary experience we have had. The Chefs Showcase was the highlight of our dinner experience. The food was outstanding and the experience with the Chefs and staff made it even better. What an amazing group of people. Everyone on staff at SATP were so kind and friendly. Always smiling and asking if we needed anything. A few people we would like to especially thank are Jason and Odine. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us by name and made us feel like family. Thank you guys for being so welcoming. The ladies at the spa are truly gifted. The serene setting and the amazing messages had my wife and I walking on clouds. Thank you ladies for an amazing spa day. Also thank you again to everyone at SATP. From the front desk to the pool bar staff to the beach bar staff. You all deserve a 5 out of 5.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at this truly magical and tranquil place. All the staff were friendly and cheerful and looked after us very well.|The tree-house style rooms were well appointed and I loved sitting out on the deck during the daily afternoon downpours. Falling asleep to the sound of tiny tree frogs singing their hearts out was wonderful too.||The beach is lovely and we spotted many little starfish on the seabed and a couple of large rays also, so be careful where you're standing! The sand is soft and the water so calm, clear and warm for swimming or floating around and reading a book. I loved listening to the musicians who stop and play along the beach whilst sunbathing . Back at the hotel, we often had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed many a cocktail at the swim up bar.||My only issue (and I am complaining about paradise!) was the food offered during the day.|Breakfast was good, but there is no lunch buffet, something | think should be offered given the price point of this holiday. You have to order food fresh (terrible, I know!) and the service can be really slow, with wait times sometimes over an hour. The options were limited for me as a non meat eater at lunchtime too. A simple salad bar would have been much appreciated. ||Overall, we had a great time and I never went hungry. Lots of the food felt authentically Jamaican and had a good amount of spice and flavour. The frozen Jiggy coffee was delicious and a must try.|We will hopefully return one day.||One love! 💚🌴🐸☀️

The food was excellent and the service was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Treehouses were amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. All 6 of us in our group would come back to this Resort. Thank you for a wonderful time. WE will be back Jamaica!!!!

My husband and I have just returned from a week here. We were sad to leave as the hotel is just beautiful and relaxing. |The pool area and swim up bar was peaceful and picturesque. The beach was just beautiful and the service at the beach bar / restaurant was excellent. The locals all walk past trying to sell their items but are all friendly and don’t bother you. There’s water sports like canoes and paddle boards which are free to use and not too busy so easy to get on. There is a road between the hotel and beach but security stop the traffic for your safety and it really Isn’t a problem or off putting. |The treehouses were great and secluded and the day bed was lovely to sit and listen to the wildlife that you were surrounded by.|The most impressive part of our holiday was how attentive and friendly every single member of staff were. You felt at home from the moment you arrived and everyone was so helpful and hardworking to ensure your stay was perfect. |We don’t usually return to the same hotels , but this is definitely one that we intend to go to again in the future ! |It may not be a 5* star due to some amenities and lack of but it truly is a 5* star stay due to the employees. There isn’t much in entertainment in the evening, which was our intention and perfect for the holiday we wanted but the martini bar after dinner is nice to sit around and meet other couples on their holidays too.

Absolutely love this place. It’s a small boutique all inclusive. The staff will know your name. You don’t get lost in the crowd. Jason the waiter my favorite. Food is average but chefs night great. It’s a quiet resort but customer service excellent. The beach is beautiful and so convenient. I will definitely come back.

If you want a small personal resort experience this is it! No concrete jungle here just 75 rooms and everything is very personal! The beach and pool are small but we always had covered seats on the beach and poolside seating was easy as well. Met great people both at the resort and the guests. The food was very good and whatever you wanted was was taken care of! It's not what people think of when "resort" comes to mind but it is one of the best weeks I've had in a long time!
