Sunset Beach Hotel

Excelent location, near Playa Mansa and some interesting city points. Staff is always very helpful. Hotel rooms are very nice, great shower, free wifi. Great breakfast and commodities including swimming pool. Overall 10/10, ideal both for coples and families.

Wonderful breakfast, very close to beach, restaurants etc. Clean quiet and even the background music was nice to listen to. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Very affordable in an expensive city.|Desk clerk helped get a ride to the airport.

The service was really good, The room where we stayed was big and confortable. The only problem was that wall behind the bathroom was the one next to the bedroom, that wall had a hole covered with a mirror so flushing the toilet made a lot of noise in the bedroom, a lot more than in the bathroom itself. On the other side, the location of the hotel was perfect, very centric, in front of the beach

It's a small hotel with very kind employees and direct access to the ramblas and beach. A few steps from Hotel and Casino Enjoy and in front from some good restaurants. The breakfast is the typical continental one but everything is very fresh.

Hotel staff were excellent and the rooms while small are very clean we had room 201 a very small suite The noise yes a problem. Staff go at it early and you hear it all AC works very well and overall shower and bath very good. Internet works well ||No thrills breakfast is poor and eggs cost additional bar area is very small in the welcome area. Not sure on the parking. Location is good next to enjoy hotel so Casino is a foot away. ||Across the street a decent restaurant and it is very easy to walk to some great eating places and either side of island for beach. Remember one side sweet water one side salt water ||Enjoy now that you know you have to decide|

The hotel has great infrastructure in general but in the room. The indoor pool is great, the kindness of the receptionist was awesome, etc but the lack of noise isolation (and maybe the size) of the room was a deal-breaker. We heard conversations from outside our room, difficult to nap or sleep in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of this. It's a pity because all the other things were great outside the room, great location too. The only thing in the room that deserves a positive was the awesome Sony LCD TV with good cable TV.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay here in a one bed flat. The flat is super cute and just right (things are a little frayed here and there but on the whole absolutely fine), there is a nice side view of the water from the balcony and it's pretty close to the beach (like 1-2 min walk). The flats are in a different building from the hotel, just around the corner but the hotel still provides the service you need if required. They only provide parasols etc in the summer, you can rent them from the beach but it's a bit pricey! It's a bit removed from the main strip, like a 15 min walk but that's not a bad thing. ||||PDE has two distinct sides to the coast, the river side and the ocean side, this hotel is on the river side and about a 10/15 walk from the ocean side. Both sides seemed about the same to me except the ocean side had rougher waves and the sun shines at alternative times depending on where you are (facing the ocean in the morning and facing the river in the afternoon!). The service here was excellent, Sebastian at the front desk is really lovely, super helpful and friendly whilst being totally professional. This type of hospitality makes a hotel stand out.

A small and cute hotel. Rooms are basic but location and personnel is excellent. Small swìmming pool and gym offer a good break if you need it. Close to Punta's centre and a block from the casino. Excellent choice for families with little children but not noisy if you're looking for peace.
