The "service" here, if you can call it that,
was easily the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. The room service is incredibly slow, but the delay isn't even the biggest issue; it’s the lack of honesty. On multiple occasions, I called down for basic items, was promised they would be up "in five minutes," and then… nothing.
It feels like the staff tells you what you want to hear just to get off the phone, with no intention of actually delivering. I spent more time following up on simple requests than actually enjoying the room. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left waiting indefinitely for things that never arrive.
Room Maintenance: Subpar Facilities
The room itself looked decent at first glance, but the functional details were neglected. The bathtub was not maintained properly at all. Most frustratingly, there was a significant water sink issue (drainage problem) that turned a quick shower into a standing pool of water. For the price point they charge, you expect the basic plumbing and fixtures to be in top working order. It felt unhygienic and poorly managed.
Dining: Average at Best
Don't expect much from the in-house kitchen. The food is strictly average but entirely forgettable. Given the lackadaisical room service, you’re better off stepping outside. The hotel is situated in a great lane with plenty of fantastic local eateries. Save your money and your appetite; walk two minutes in either direction and you’ll find a much better meal for a better price.
If you are looking for a place to simply crash for a few hours during a high-pressure business trip, this hotel might suffice. However, if you are looking for a relaxing getaway or value for your money, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. My recent stay was marred by systemic service failures and poor maintenance.
