"At sunset one day, while lounging on a daybed with a cocktail at the Sunset Cabana Bar, I struck up a conversation with Putu Wirawan, the head bartender. He told me that my Tanqueray dry gin–based drink was made with foraged seaweed and butterfly pea flowers from the resort’s organic garden, while the Balinese sea salt in it was harvested by villagers in Bali’s Kusamba. All leftover ingredients from the bar either go to a local pig farm or are distilled in-house to make an artisanal arak-based spirit dubbed Alila Botanicals (now a complimentary in-villa amenity)." - Kathryn Romeyn

Excellent Bar, in Timeless Alila Design. Perfect view on the seashore, if lucky you can spot some turtles. During nov/dec best sunsets due to sun position, during june/july best to visit due to Australian coldee breeze. Love the staff, service and calmth. Prices are in line with the rest of the Pricing position in Alila rsstaurants and in average on the high side. Perfect spot for photoshoots, in 2024 they have renovated the place. Pineapple juice is fresh, Mojito was a good one.

During Korean's Thanksgiving day, I visit my family at 22, September! We order party iced tea and 4 menu within photos! There're many kindness staff in this store. And then, My sister Ah-hyun is impressed by staff Yudi! Also, we met a kindness staff who introduced their restaurant and student studies at Dae-gu, Korea! God-bless U :)

The place is truly amazing. The staff is really professional and friendly. The cocktails are tasty and original. One big drawback would be the people coming in front of you in order to take some pictures… it was really annoying and felt like a lack of privacy. Otherwise the place is amazing banger.
