I LOVED my days at Sunset House. The rooms are clean and comfortable even if they aren’t the pinnacle of luxury. The grounds are beautiful. But the star of the show is the dive shop. The diving is out of this world. I did four days of diving and Sunset House was kind enough to help me set up two specialty courses while I was there. The instructors (Bazz and Jack) were top notch, and I feel they went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with all of the necessary skills. The house reef is gorgeous, with beautiful corals as well as a fun wreck to explore. I can’t wait to return to Sunset House!

We stayed at Sunset House as a group of 32 Veterans and first responders with our families and friends. Our boat crew consisted of Jack and Beck who were absolutely wonderful. We had my 11 and 17 year old with us and they made sure all dives were inclusive and safe for everyone. They were such a joy to be around and you can tell how much they love doing what they do. They truly went above and beyond. In addition to the boat dives, the hotel has a great set up for shore dives. Food was also fresh and very tasty. We will definitely be coming back!

I went here for three days to get my advanced open water. This is a great spot to do it. They have a lovely house that you can shore drive out to with ease, gear that you can rent and tanks. The staff here is also great. I particularly want to mention Cameron, who could not have been a better instructor for my advanced open water. He always made sure that we did the correct procedure, while still being very friendly and encouraging. He made the visit extremely enjoyable. All in all great place.

This is an excellent diver's destination. If you are here to dive or do dive training, this is the right place. There is an excellent onsite dive training center "sunset divers", with full service gear rental, instructors, boat trips. They also have a great reef right off the hotel and a protected sea pool to get in. A decent onsite bar and restaurant serves decent American food, and great India food. The grounds themself are basic but sufficient, there is also a small pool and hot tub, and a small gift shop. This is the place to go for diving, but if you are not into diving, then there are few things for you to do here, and you should consider elsewhere on Cayman.

Sunset House caters to divers and does that exceptionally well. Dive staff are extremely knowledgeable and laser focused on safety. Over five days, we dove with Captain Alex, Justin, MC, and Jack. All were very pleasant, attentive, and fun. The catamarans made for very nice, stable platform. The other staff all workec together to efficiently and quickly load and unload our gear. Rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. There is a wide selection of food and drinks. The food was very tasty with ample portions. I would definately stay here again on my next dive visit.

This was my first time diving and our boat guides were the best! I could not have asked for a better experience! Tyler and MC were both just so great. They were hilarious, friendly, and very attentive. They both made sure I was comfortable and helped with whatever I needed. They took our group to amazing dive sites. Both Tyler and MC were both just so awesome and I could not ask for anyone better! Thank you to both of them for the great experience! And thank you sunset house for their services.

Our first time in the Cayman Islands. PADI recommended them as a 5 star resort. Unfortunately our timing was bad with hurricane Mellisa churning towards Jamaica the day we arrived. Dive shop and boats were stored safely on the other side of the island and we had no hope of diving on our trip, until I ran into a fellow diver that informed me about Epic divers up the road. If not for them our trip would have been very disappointing. We paid for a week of boat diving and received a lowball refund but on the last day, we were finally able to do a shore dive at Sunset house. The package included unlimited shore diving but they charged us for 2 tanks of air and weights. Not cool. The room was just okay, but the restaurant and the staff were top notch. All in all we still managed to have a good time. Cheers

The staff went above and beyond — from the amazing servers Abby and Vera to the incredible restaurant manager Bhagath — everyone made us feel completely at home and helped create an experience that was truly one of a kind.||The hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the ocean that made every sunrise and sunset feel magical. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and having fun, while the sea pool was a dream for snorkeling. On my very first day in the water, I was greeted by two graceful stingrays — an unforgettable experience!||The food and service at the seaharvest restaurant were outstanding, and the chefs were absolutely amazing — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The entire My Bar @ Sunset House team — including Piers, Brayan, Sarath, Fahad, and the master Uly — took incredible care of us every single day. Their friendliness, humor, and island spirit made every moment feel special.||Even the drivers who provided transportation to and from the hotel were so kind, welcoming, and made each trip easy and enjoyable.||Sunset House is more than just a resort — it’s a place filled with heart, beauty, and people who truly care about their guests.
