Absolutley terrifying that the construction has been allowed to go on with the amount of unsafe practices witnessed. Even with dozens of reports regarding the infrastuctures poor craftsmanship it continues to move foward. This is an accident waiting to happen...

Watched this being built, the workmanship was abismal, not safe at all, and no safety or quality controll were used. Would be surprised if this building was still standing in 5 years.
