We visited the much raved about Sunset Point 🌅 here at Amed Bali.
Getting There – You have to either drive 🚗, ride 🏍️ or book a driver 🚌 to bring you there. There is a huge parking 🅿️ area, so you need not worry 🫶 about not having a place to park. It is peached on a rounding, next to the main road.
Security – Has to be the best that I have seen after Hard Rock Care. There are security 👮♂️👮🏽♂️👮🏽♀️ at the entrance, at the site itself and right down to the carpark controlling the In ⬆️ and out ⬇️. These are jacked 💪 and beefed 🥊🥋🏋🏽♂️ up dudes and not some skinny guys in security shirts. So, your safety ⛑️ is already up 📈 a notch!
Tickets 🎟️ and Seats 🪑– At the entrance, you have to decide if you want to dine Buffet or Ala Carte 🍔🥘🥙. Whichever you choose, will determine where you can sit. We didn’t choose the Buffet because the food list didn’t look fantastic 🙄. We went with Ala Carte and sat above the infinity pool 🏊. (See pics 📸 and video 📹)
Staff 💁🏼♀️ – Friendly, spoke good English, carried lots of humour 😆! They walked 🚶♀️us to the seating area and we read the menu off the QR code 📲 and placed the orders with the waitress. Easy and Lovely!
Food – Largely, Western food 🍝🍕🍔🍟🍳 setting. It was nice but not exactly fantastic or awesome. It was just nice food to have with a cocktail 🍹🍸and catch the sunset 🌅.
The view is just amazing and breathtaking. 😍 I will highly encourage you to go much earlier 🕜 and not wait till it is too near to the actual sunset. You arrive, pick your food and seat, by then 30mins would have gone by. In fact, go early and spend the day in Infinity Pool and just chill. Wait for the sun 🌞 to move down and pass the mountain 🗻 and it’s amazing 😎! The live 🎸🥁🪘🪇🎺🎤 band also got the crowd going well into the night 🌃.
It was a very nice overall experience and I will highly encourage everyone to go by and visit Sunset Point. 👍
