Our pool side room faces Nanyuan Island and the view is simply stunning. Our room is clean and spacious. Public pool is big, restaurant is OK, a little pricey compare to those in town but still acceptable and taste good. The pub have live music some night. The road to the hotel is steep, if you want to rent a bike, think twice. They have shuttle to town, but not frequent. The shuttle is actually a pick-up, it is a little scary sit at the back given the steep path to the hotel. Hire a taxi will cost 200B one way. Staff are friendly and very helpful. They let us check out at 5:00AM and sent us to the pier for 6:00 ferry . Overall, very nice stay.

Our room had an amazing view but the hotel is built straight into the mountain which makes is very steep and hilly to go from the pool to the room. You need to have a good condition and legs! Rooms are dated but spacy. Nice infinity pool with a good bar and cocktail. And the restaurant has a great view to the other island and offers delicious tasty food.

Great resort. Very diverse: 2 swimming pools, 2 terrace bars and most important the sea and snorkelling. Breakfast is very generous and diverse. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress and bed linen are clean and good quality. Staff is friendly and looks after the guests well. Very nice and I recommend it. Would come back.

Couldn't fault the hotel and the staff. Really nice views especially for watching the sunset in the evenings. The infinity pool was lovely although the resort is quite a good bit out from the centre of town. There are some free shuttles to town centre but the last one is at 4.30. Breakfast is free and there is a great range of food (eggs and pancakes made the way you want them). The downside to this resort is the restaurant and bar close quite early for the resort been quite far out. Air con in the rooms was great and the wifi connection was good. Fresh towels were supplied every day and the room was cleaned. Snorkel area available with the rent of snorkels for 100 baht.

Great accommodation great pools with fantastic views over the bay. Great buffet breakfast but the restaurant has a disappointing variety of dinner menu choices. The resort is located right at the end of the road leading to the jungle and is too remote to just walk to another restaurant. Expect to climb many staids at this resort as its placed on the edge of the cliff, even going to breakfast is a torturous affair.

We came to see the restaurant and hotel. We didn’t know that the entrance to the restaurant was paid - 100 baht. At the entrance to the restaurant isn’t visible but there is a counter. There are no pictures of the restaurant, nor a view from the terrace for which you have to pay. The boy said to go to a restaurantyou need to pay, he will give a coupon which we can exchange for a cocktail. We heard that it is very expensive and not very tasty. Money on the Mastercard, because we didn’t know that you have to pay to get to the restaurant. We thanked him and decided to see the hotel in order to stay for a night or two nights. This guy ran up and said that we shouldn’t watch the hotel. Yes, even if we want to rent a room, we are forbidden to watch this hotel! Perfectly!( Is it because we didn’t pay 100 baht? For the first time in Thailand I come across this attitude. Until we left he stood over our soul. Extremely unpleasant. The impression is terrible. And we really wanted to rent a room and sit in a restaurant. One star! Unfriendly staff!!! Very bad! ———— Приехали посмотреть ресторан и отель. Не знали, что вход в ресторан платный - 100 бат. На входе ресторана не видно, но стоит стойка. Нет ни картинок ресторана, ни вида с террасы, за который нужно платить. Мальчик сказал, чтобы зайти в ресторан, нужно заплатить, он даст купон, который мы сможем обменять на коктейль. Мы наслышаны, что здесь очень дорого и не очень вкусно. Деньги на карте, т.к.не знали, что за то, чтобы попасть в ресторан нужно платить. Поблагодарили его и решили посмотреть отель, чтобы остаться на ночь-две. Подбежал этот пацан, и говорит, что нам нельзя смотреть отель. Да, даже если мы хотим снять номер, нам запрещено смотреть этот отель! Прекрасно! Это потому-что мы не заплатили эти несчастные 100 бат за вход? Которых не было. Впервые в Таиланде сталкиваюсь с таким отношением. Пока мы не ушли, он стоял над душой. Крайне неприятно. Впечатление ужасное, конечно. А мы реально хотели снять номер и посидеть в ресторане. Одна звезда!

The restaurant was pricey and the portions very small. We ordered two main dishes but was not full so had to ordered an additional pizza each. The view was lovely. Without the view, the restaurant would not be worth the visit. Would recommend it just for a drink instead.

It was such a great stay, they have 2 of the nicest infinity pools with the sea view and Koh Nangyuan. There’s buy 1 get one free cocktails everyday at the pool the food in the restaurant is good and the breakfast is good too! You can also go snorkeling down the front of the property or u can book tours at the reception. There is a Ute/pickups that can take u to the city and back not 24 hrs though but there’s motorbikes there for rent! We had mosquitoes in our bathroom though but other than that it’s fine. I would recommend anyone to stay here it’s pretty worth it and we love Koh Tao, would definitely come back!
