The Sunsuri Phuket offers a luxurious and tranquil experience. The resort had elegantly designed rooms and exceptional service from the kind staff. The dining options are equally impressive, with diverse menus showcasing both local and international cuisine. Exploring the surrounding islands is also highly recommended. The hotel staff can assist in arranging personalized excursions, and the expertise of team members like Phi Phi ensures a memorable and authentic island-hopping experience. Overall, the Sunsuri Phuket provides a sophisticated and relaxing escape, ideal for those seeking a refined coastal getaway.

We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel. The beach is a short walk away. At first I was unsure about walking along the road (not knowing Thailand), but it’s doable — not too busy, some lighting. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to the beach or back up to the rooms, though it didn’t run that often.Breakfast was impressive, with a mix of local and Western options. The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily. I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well.We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show. Wi-Fi was solid. Staff were friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humour. Mostly families staying when we were there. Noise wasn’t a problem, aside from the usual Thai birds calling out in the mornings. The beach itself is beautiful but overcrowded.

Despite staying at a busy time, the hotel felt quiet and always had space in the dining rooms, the pool areas (5 pools!), and the spa. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to look after our requests. The food is a great selection of Thai food and some western staples to keep everyone happy. Activities in the pool, volleyball and aerobics, went down well with all guests attracting a good crowd (maybe 15-20 people) each time. A really peaceful, well equipped, child-friendly hotel that simultaneously caters to families as well as couples. Great amenities, experiences (spa, cooking class, exercise classes, gym, fast wifi, golf buggies to the rooms, shuttle to the beach). Very relaxing, would happily stay again!

We had an incredible stay at the hotel during our trip to Thailand! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly special, attending to all the requests we had and even upgrading our rooms to meet them. We were fortunate to be staying during the Thai New Year, and it was such a meaningful experience. We attended a beautiful New Year ceremony with Buddhist monks, who gave blessings for good luck and fortune. The hotel even provided us with lovely gifts we could offer to the monks – it was a touching and memorable part of our trip. The restaurant team were absolutely amazing – always welcoming, attentive, and so kind to our child. A big shoutout to Mai, Maimai, Mint, and Goy for your fantastic service and warmth. You truly made our meals feel like home. The housekeeping staff were also incredible – always on time, and they left our rooms clean, fresh, and comfortable every day. Lugnu and Tan were absolutely lovely and super friendly – thank you for your hard work and smiles! The poolside staff kept both adults and kids entertained, which created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. And in the kids’ room, all the staff were very engaging and friendly. A special thank you to Nikita, who played with our son and formed such a lovely connection with him. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable – we truly appreciate every one of you!

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Sunsuri and wow, this place is seriously 5-star! The rooms are absolutely spectacular – think stunning views that just take your breath away. We went during the rainy season, and honestly, the storms rolling in over the lake and sea made the views even more dramatic and beautiful. Seriously can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single person we encountered was so lovely and always ready to help with a smile. Poolside was also a winner. Loads of sun loungers so no fighting for a spot, and the layout with all the different pools is really cool and makes it feel spacious. Plus, the breakfast was always really good with a great selection. We tried a few different hotels on our recent trip, and this was definitely the best breakfast we had. We actually never had lunch or dinner at the hotel, but from the adverts we saw around, the deals looked really great. One unexpected highlight was the pond in the reception area – it's teeming with fish and we even spotted a monitor lizard hanging out there! Pretty awesome. Overall, I'd 100% recommend Sunsuri Phuket. It's in a perfect spot – you can easily get to the beach and it's a great base if you want to explore other parts of Phuket without being right in the middle of all the crazy tourist crowds. Definitely a gem!

Amazing resort with more amazing people servicing you. Only downside of this resort is the stairs. If you are not fit or don’t like stairs might not be the place for you. Other than that it was amazing, food was great although only one restaurant so, if you are staying long you will get bored of repetitive menu. Thank you Sunsuri A special shout out to the morning breakfast team at Sunsuri. Melon - Mot - Jam - Wear - Ice - Mook and Mint you guys were sensational. Never a sad face and never said no to anything we asked for. Melon special thanks for nailing my strong latte’s every morning 🫶👊👌

Our stay at Sunsuri Resort was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that was due to the incredible staff. Special mention must go to TT and Khaw, who were both remarkably helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Their warm hospitality and efficiency truly made our visit memorable. Fantastic service all around!"

What an amazing hotel. We landed very early in Thailand and the staff managed to get us into the room earlier than check in time - which was a blessing after a 17 hour journey. The staff at the hotel are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, will also greet you regardless of how busy they seem to be.||The hotel itself is stunning. The breakfast is incredible with a good range of choice - I'm more of a cold breakfast girl, whereas my husband prefers a hot breakfast and it suited us both well! The pools are great, with lots of sunbeds with varying levels of sun. Walking down to Nai Harn beach is quick and easy but there is a shuttle bus to take you down there if needed. I would highly recommend Yanui beach just round the cove towards Rawai, truly beautiful and not as busy as Nai Harn. We also rented a scooter here and the underground parking at the hotel is great for this. Closest 7/11 is about a 10 minute walk - be careful as there aren't any paths near the hotel if walking into Nai Harn town!||Only stayed for 4 nights as part of a multi-centre trip, but would definitely be back for longer!
