SUNSURI PHUKET

We had a great stay at the Sunsuri Phuket. For a group of friends with kids it offered everything we needed and the pool set up was incredible, the slide and diving platform gave hours of entertainment. All staff were lovely and went out of their way. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean if slightly dated. We had an issue with our room and staff went out of their way to try to resolve - promptly and efficiently, far more so than many other places we have stayed. Loved walking down to the beach for a very cost effective but delicious dinner at Jasmine Cafe. Being able to use hotel bikes to cycle up to the 7/11 and restaurants / laundries / massage places etc nearby also a real bonus. At the price point, excellent value and would return.

The service is truly top-notch. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean. Breakfast was delicious and excellent. They offer various types of eggs, salads, fruit, and sweets. They also offer both Thai and European hot dishes. They have a special coffee machine for making different coffees. Beautiful pools. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. They offer an hourly shuttle to and from the beach to the hotel. That's really well organized. The gym is clean. The location is good and close to 7-Eleven, a restaurant, an exchange point, and a fruit stand. After checking out, I was allowed to leave my luggage there for two days. This meant I didn't have any stress, which was really nice! Tips: A Smith machine and a cable machine would complete the gym. Unfortunately, they're missing. The air conditioning is a bit loud, and it can get cold on the lowest setting. A fan would be helpful, giving people the option of using either the fan or the air conditioning. It's a shame the hotel's exterior looks a bit shabby. They're trying, but if the exterior looks better, it's more appealing to stay there. The hotel really has the potential to be beautiful.

I stayed at Sunsuri Phuket today and I’m truly impressed. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful hillside and ocean views. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable and relaxing. The highlight for me is the swimming pools – large, well-designed, and with areas for both adults and kids. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of variety, both Thai and international. What impressed me the most was the staff service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway near Nai Harn Beach – perfect for couples and families alike.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant offers outstanding dishes — so delicious that even if you spend the day outside, you’ll want to come back just to enjoy the meals. We experienced a massage, which was truly unforgettable. Renting a bicycle and riding to the beach was another highlight of our stay. Overall, it was an amazing and memorable holiday. From the moment we arrived at Sun Siri Hotel Resort, we felt relaxed and welcome. The food was fresh, tasty, and full of variety. The pools were spotless and perfect for cooling off after exploring. Activities were fun without ever feeling forced. But the real highlight was the staff – so kind, genuine, and always ready with a smile. They made our holiday feel special in a way that’s hard to put into words. We left with happy hearts, full bellies, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Sun Siri, for a stay we’ll treasure forever.

Amazing stay. Had a great time. Sport team were the best! Loved playing volleyball with griezman and keay. Water slide and the diving board were a lot of fun. Transport to beach every hour. Not a long walk however. 7 eleven was a 5 minute walk away which was good and you can even hire bikes.||Food in restaurant was good

The atmosphere is serene and breezy all the time. The large swimming pool is perfect for families. The room is spacious and clean, with a soft, comfortable bed. The food is delicious. It's been a long time since I last came, but everything is still as beautiful as before. This is one of the most impressive places I've ever been, especially for the kids, it is their most memorable hotel because of the diving board!

Despite staying at a busy time, the hotel felt quiet and always had space in the dining rooms, the pool areas (5 pools!), and the spa. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to look after our requests. The food is a great selection of Thai food and some western staples to keep everyone happy. Activities in the pool, volleyball and aerobics, went down well with all guests attracting a good crowd (maybe 15-20 people) each time. A really peaceful, well equipped, child-friendly hotel that simultaneously caters to families as well as couples. Great amenities, experiences (spa, cooking class, exercise classes, gym, fast wifi, golf buggies to the rooms, shuttle to the beach). Very relaxing, would happily stay again!
