Came here for lunch as part of a tour group. Line moved quickly, there were a variety of entrees. Our entire group which include vegetarians and carnivores, was well pleased. |Also nice gift shop with some items we had not see elsewhere. |We'd recommend this as a place to stop and have a meal.

We stayed for 2 nights about a week before the very unfortunate Jasper wildfire. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner twice, and the food was good, although the menu is limited. The free breakfast was better than most hotel continental breakfasts. Our cabin was sufficient - nothing fancy, but that is what we expected in a national park. Be aware if it’s hot - there is no air conditioning. They provided a table fan, and we kept the windows open, which helped.

The hotel was a comfortable and convenient place to stay on the Columbia Icefields highway. It offered economical room, which was clean ( stayed in Lodge room) and provided a porch in which to enjoy the outdoors. The restaurant was pricey but food was tasty ( prices comparable to Jasper Town). I'd stay again

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. They accepted our two dogs like they were a part of the family, which they are! A sumptuous breakfast was included in the price, and we had a splendid dinner with a nice bottle of wine. The service was excellent, they couldn't do more for us to make our stay more pleasant! The souvenir shop was amazing with many interesting and beautiful things. Next time when we're going to Jasper, we will definitely stay at their lodge again!

This was our first stop along the Icefields Parkway and we really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend. The room was cozy (the pictures are a good representation of the real thing). There is a nice courtyard in the middle to enjoy sitting outside as the sun goes down. The restaurant was great- we ate both dinner and breakfast there. We also took advantage of their to-go lunch options for our hike. Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, comfy bed. Go for it!

The staff here are are incredibly helpful and extremely pleasant! When we booked our reservation it said it included a "continental" breakfast, however, the breakfast is a full/complete breakfast, and for this vegetarian the oatmeal with available mixed berries and a delicious topping of nuts and coconut was delicious! Room was very clean and the location is great as it is within walking distance of Sunwapta Falls. We had dinner one of the night's of our stay--the food was just okay, but overall a wonderful stay!

From start to finish this was a perfect stay. |We finished our whitewater rafting tour 10 min down the road, went to reception and was walked to our room by staff. Super friendly. |Very helpful regarding walks and the food was great too. |When we had an emergency back in uk they helped us get in touch so can’t really fault anything here. We had a room looking out the back over the Forrest, the chairs out front was comfy and we had the sun in the afternoon on. |Perfect spot if you want a wander down to sunwapta fall as well. ||Do stay here - it was great service.

Positive: Beautiful location in the mountains and good food, fairly nice helpful staff Negative: The room was very subpar. No micro, no freezer, poor water pressure and paper thin walls. Thank heaven the bed was comfy. Very expensive for a room out of the 70s
