"This duck-themed night park within a larger Malaysian leisure complex offers family-friendly evening entertainment with kid-focused rides and shows. Standout attractions include the Cannonball aqua-fury slides powered by rushing water, the colourful Wagon Wheel ferris wheel with night views, and a Grand Canyon River Rapids boat ride; visitors can also grab photos with the mascot at Lady’s Avenue. The area opened in 2024 as part of the night park offering." - SilverKrisandRebecca Wong

A Fun-Filled and Unforgettable Day at Sunway Lagoon – Visited in September 2019 My visit to Sunway Lagoon in September 2019 was one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve ever had. It is truly a world-class theme park that offers something for everyone – whether you're an adventure lover, water ride fan, or just someone looking to relax and enjoy a full day of entertainment. The park is impressively vast and well-managed. I spent the whole day exploring the different zones – the Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, and Scream Park. Each section had its own unique attractions and was worth the time. The Water Park was definitely my favorite. From giant slides to the surf beach wave pool, everything was clean, exciting, and safe. The Lazy River was perfect for relaxing, and the Vuvuzela water slide gave me an unforgettable adrenaline rush! Apart from the water rides, I enjoyed walking through the Wildlife Park, where I could see a variety of animals in well-maintained enclosures. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the park had plenty of food stalls, lockers, resting areas, and clean facilities. Even though it has been several years since my visit, the memories still feel fresh. Sunway Lagoon is a must-visit destination for families, couples, and groups of friends. Whether you are visiting Malaysia for the first time or have been there before, don’t miss this place! 🌟 Highly recommended for a full day of fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories.

Sunway Lagoon was an amazing experience! One day honestly wasn’t enough, there’s just so much to do and explore. We arrived around 12pm and still felt like even starting at 10am wouldn’t give us enough time, especially with how tiring it can get by the afternoon. I highly recommend staying at the nearby hotel, buy quack express and dedicating at least 2 full days to enjoy the different zones at a more relaxed pace. My kids had a blast and absolutely loved every part of it. Just a couple of things to take note of, the petting zoo with the alpacas and goats was a great experience, but the smell did cling to our clothes, so maybe avoid wearing your best outfit there! Also, be prepared for a lot of walking and stairs throughout the park, so wear comfy shoes. We’ll definitely be back, and next time, we’re staying for two nights.

Very nice experience. It has various activities: water park, zoo, swimming pools , restaurants.. I booked the ticket through travel agency which was less in price compared with the official website The ticket includes access for most of the activities inside however it is Single Entry ticket You can spend a whole day inside without feeling bored Make sure to have a mobile phone water proof cover to capture moments of your joyful moments and place your bags in lockers the moment you enter because you are not allowed to use the water park games with bags

recently visited Sunway Lagoon and had an amazing time! The park is huge and offers a great variety of attractions, including water slides, amusement rides, wildlife encounters, and adventure activities. It’s perfect for families, groups of friends, or even couples looking for a fun day out. The water park was definitely a highlight — the slides were thrilling, and the wave pool was super fun. We also enjoyed the Wildlife Park, which was surprisingly well-maintained and gave us the chance to see animals up close. The Scream Park was another exciting part, especially if you like a bit of adrenaline and horror.

Exceptional. Try to go on weekday and reach by 10 am to avoid queues.also it is recommended to buy tickets in advance. I got it from Klook at discounted price. if it is a sunny day, go for wild Park tour first to avoid heat followed by water activities till 6 pm. After 6, enjoy the theme park rides (Night park).

Great place for family fun with lots of activities to enjoy. Parking is paid as expected, nothing unusual. If you’re visiting on weekends, be prepared for long queues — especially at the popular rides. It gets really crowded, so you might spend more time lining up than playing. For those who don’t mind the wait, it’s still worth it. But if you prefer a more relaxed experience, weekday visits are much better. Overall, the park is well-maintained and enjoyable if you plan your timing right.

Sunway Lagoon has always been one of my favorite spots for a fun day out! I’ve been there more than five times with both family and friends, and every visit is packed with excitement. There’s something for everyone — from thrilling rides and water slides to more relaxing areas. It’s well-maintained, the staff are friendly, and the safety measures are solid. Another big plus is the mall right next to it — super convenient for grabbing food, doing some shopping, or just cooling off after the fun. Highly recommend it for families, groups of friends, or even solo visitors looking for a good time!

I visited Sunway Lagoon back in 2009, and even after all these years, the memories still stand out as some of the best from my trip to Malaysia. The park had an amazing blend of water slides, thrilling rides, and relaxing spots that catered to both adults and kids. I especially remember the wave pool — it was massive and so much fun! The water park area was very clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated how attentive the lifeguards were at every corner. What made it special for me in 2009 was how ahead of its time it felt — multiple themed zones, including the Extreme Park and Wildlife Park, made it feel like several parks rolled into one. I tried the bungee jump and go-karts back then, and it was such an adrenaline rush! There were also plenty of shaded areas to relax and food stalls to grab a quick bite — the satay and fresh juices were fantastic. Even though it’s been many years, I still remember how well-run and exciting the park was. It was truly a full-day adventure and worth every ringgit. I would love to revisit someday to see how it has evolved — but the 2009 experience alone earns it a solid 5 stars in my book!

Yelp
Fun theme park with my favorite component being the water park. The water park had multiple slides and rides as well as a small artificial beach and pool and water playground areas. I liked the large buckets that filled up and then drenched you. The pools also had nice variance of temperatures where some were warm and others were cooler. We also tried some of the roller coasters and rides like the city of lost gold, pirates revenge and a coaster ride. Not the most modern rides but they were fun and the coaster surprisingly fast. We also tried the long suspension bridge which provided great views but felt shaky and scary. We were a bit worried that one of the wooden plates might fall but it seemed to be Ok. Overall a fun park experience especially on a hot sunny day to be at the water park.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon is a theme park located outside of Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. It has been around for a very long time and is still one of my favorite places to have some fun. It used to be cheaper back then than it is now, now the pricing is: Adult RM145 Child and senior citizen RM115. (All Parks) I think I actually prefer the old pricing system where it was Rm75 for 2 parks. So you pick which to parks you wanna go to. The recent time i went, I was informed of the change in pricing and that now you get all parks. I think this is a waste of money cause I hate the scream park (why pay to get scared) and I dont like the wild life park because the animals are not kept well and I don's support animals extorted for a profit. So that leaves me with the wet park, dry park and extreme park (which i also dont like cause there is practically nothing to do there). So then I'm back to square one where I just do the wet and dry park. I think Sunway should revise the ticketing system again, cause even if someone wanted to go to all 5 parks, one day is just not sufficient.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon is an amusement park that have various section, my family and I went there a couple of times after buying a membership for 3 months, it was enjoyable spending the holidays doing the two things I love - getting wet and spending time with my family- The overall design of the park is spectacular, the staff helps increase the security and some are very friendly. The floats, food, snacks, basically everything there is pretty expensive including the ticket, but you have to buy food anyways as it is not allowed to bring any. Overall it is once in a lifetime experience if you are prepared to spend some cash, if not I would recommend to go to Wet World it is not the same, but definitely cheaper.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon is one of the best water park in Asia. Even though the ticket price is expensive, it is a one a life time experience. The guards work hard to take care of the security, and the safety of the guests. But occasionally there will be discounts, so you need to check the website first. So when you come down to KL, and looking for fun, this is a place to be.

Yelp
Last Chinese New Year, me and my cousins went to Sunway Lagoon because it was also his birthday. As he is a Sunway Pals member, he got an entrance ticket for free and allow four of his friends enjoy the park and meals with discount. So, is a great deal for us! We had so much fun there, spending the whole day playing in different parks. Sunway Lagoon have five parks (water park, amusement park, wildlife park, extreme park and scream park) for you to explore. My most unforgettable moments were playing Vuvuzela, cinema of waterplexx of 5D and hanging at the wave pool. The downside here is the number of rooms are so limited for changing and wash. Due to peak season, we need to wait for half hour in the queue in order for us to get shower and change. Although we have discount voucher for foods, but it's still very pricey.

Yelp
I've always been a fan of Sunway Lagoon, since the very first day they opened. Initially, it was a simple place with both dry park and wet park. They have expanded the park, and it now has 6 parks - Water Park, Amusement Park, Wildlife Park, Extreme Park, and Scream Park. They used to have options on the entrance fees, but they have changed it to all park ticket. This means the tickets are more expensive than before, and you have to pay full fare regardless if you'll enter all 6 parks. Personally, I still prefer to be given a choice of what parks I would like to enter. On top of the 6 parks, they have some extreme activities where you'll pay per ride - Bungy Jump, G-Force, and Go-Kart. Sunway Lagoon has always been crowded, and it's advisable to go early in the morning. My friends and I went there before they open, and we had the entire amusement park to ourselves. No queuing needed, and it was awesome! I would definitely recommend for you to do so, before the people start coming in. Even though they have expanded the parks, I realised they still have limited changing rooms. On top of these, the food and drinks in the park are quite pricey. Unfortunately, you do not have much choice but to pay for it.

Yelp
As theme parks go, this is a Kuala Lumpur 8, rest of the world 4. Quite simply there isn't anything else like it in the Kuala Lumpur area. However, it's far from a world-class theme park. Clearly the Subway Lagoon agenda is to wow with variety but not with quality. The water park will keep most kids and tween entertained. The amusement park was at best disappointing and slightly embarrassing. The wildlife park was halfway decent, especially when you're able to wander throughout the aviary. And bonus points for not making you pay extra to experience the zipline. Then there's all the downsides. The zipline lacked sufficient gear, which meant that you need to wait for the zipline helmets and harnesses to be returned frequently before you can set off - tedious wait times. Another frustrating point was how every ride seemed to require you to remove your eyeglasses. I can't think of any other theme park in the world with exponentially more aggressive rides that would require you to do so; yet the Sunway Lagoon make you remove your eyeglasses with every mediocre ride. And to top it off, none of the staff seemed to be very well informed about the facilities of the theme park - they're not very courteous, and most can't speak English very well, which you sorta need if you want to be a top draw. Sunway Lagoon may have the best intentions, but right now it's just showing how lacking it is. Plenty of room for improvement.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon is arguably one of the most extensive and fun water theme parks in Malaysia. I've been here a few times and I've always loved it here. There are a few parks here - the wet park, dry park, extreme park, scream park and wildlife park. For me, I enjoy the wet park the best. I can spend the whole day out in the water park, playing on the water slides. Pricing wise, I heard it's changed to where tickets are All Parks based so naturally it will be more expensive. For adults, it's RM145 whereas for children and senior citizens, it's Rm115. Quite expensive if you asked me. The last time I went, I only had to pay Rm60 (after showing my IC - Malaysians get a cheaper rate) and I could choose which Park I wanted to go to. Hopefully they change the ticketing system back to how it was.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon is the first theme park that I have been to in Malaysia. Located in Bandar Sunway, where I used to live when I was much younger, the theme park was one of the most popular attraction in the past. Now, I would say Sunway Lagoon is merely surviving as my last visit, a lot of the rides were under maintenance or not functioning. At the same time, with a couple of fatal incidents that occurred due to lack of safety, this has brought me doubt on their rides. There's nothing good in terms of food and it overpriced. The only fun place to be at the theme park is the surf pool. But if its get crowded, it defeats its purpose.

Yelp
Sunway Lagoon has really cool roller coasters and wet world rides like African Pythons, Grand Canyon River Rapids, Niagara Falls Flume Ride and other exciting rides. However, the price is expensive and Sunway Lagoon is really big, so it's easy to get lost in. Also, it's unhygienic because once, at the wave pool, I saw a young boy taking a no.2 in the water and nobody stopped him or cleaned it up.

Yelp
I have been here twice in the last two months. I went on to try the flying fox which I did not during my previous visit. The queue to reach my turn was about three-quarter of an hour but the wait was worth it. You would boldly want to try surfing on the surf simulator for once as it is the only one in Malaysia. Despite being whistle out after trying for a minute, I was satisfied of the experience of at least trying. Besides not having experience in surfing, I was sad for not being able to control the flow board properly. For those who have been here, this amusement park is still worth a visit. For those who have not been here, try this once.

Yelp
I wouldn't call this place that fun that I would want to come back often. I mean, it is nice, they have a really fun rides, like their water ride vuvuzela, their human-made surf beach, the extreme park bungee jump, and atv were quite fun. Unfortunately, few attractions are just quite bad that makes you felt like you're spending more than you should. Their world's first waterplexx 5d was horrible. I was there with my sister and we came inside and sit down with big expectations. First of all, the screen was too far away from the seats, that you don't even feel like you're part of the experience. The graphic of the animations was horrible. During the "ride" (I'm not sure how to classify this experience), you are going to be sprayed with water, but it just doesn't feel necessary because at some point they are just gonna keep splashing you with water that it felt like you're just taking regular shower. It was that bad. Wouldn't come back here for sure, and I am suggesting go right away to their extreme ride and try the bunggee jumping. It was RM130 the last time I tried it, but it was pretty cool especially if it is your first time. :)
