Super Gourmet Deli

Oh yeah, baby, this is the spot to find healthy meats, salads, sandwiches, granola, cheeses, and other fresh food. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. Just be warned that there are not a lot of items in stock, so you must go early in the day, or your selection won't be the best. Great place for lunch and to find items that the supermarket might not have. Prices are very reasonable also, and we got everything to make yogurt bowls and fresh sandwiches. The wine selection is also unique and very good.

Loved coming here for my morning cup of coffee. Getting a fresh turkey sandwich made. Then buying some organic produce for home. They also bake great cookies and deserts. This place will add pounds on you but it's worth it. Had breakfast here 5 days in a row, just for the coffee, sandwich and relaxed environment. They have organic chocolate, had to take a few bars of those too. Reminds me of a store from the 70s.

Best little food market that I have found our first few days here. Picked up a veggie enchiladas and lasagna here yesterday and both were super tasty and good. Stuff is not cheap but the quality and taste are there. I would highly recommend coming by here if you are looking for high quality products and like good food!

The sandwiches are good. Some frozen foods have waaaaay too much thick cheese, even for cheese lovers like me.

This was definitely the best bet for getting healthy supplies in Bocas. We sourced a lot of good options here and were able to supplement at the not so good bodegas up the road. Got some frozen house made falafel and veggie burgers and they were great. We got deli meat, natural peanut butter, delicious pineapple preserves, some great breads and frozen fish for the grill.

Good selection of deli food but, more importantly: good selection of wine and the wine is kept in air conditioning so has not gone bad from the heat (like some from grocery stores). We got a bottle of Italian sangiovese for 13 USD and it was delicious.

One of the best Italian sandwiches I've had. The Reuben is fantastic as well. I imagine they do just as good of a job on the other sandwiches too. Great selection of local stuff in the store as well. Can't miss this place when you're in Bocas
