Super OYO 770 De Nearby Hotel

I picked this because of the price and the fact it is a new hotel. So only 1 review but this one was positive. In short. ||Clean new hotel. Some of the staff speaks e glass others don't. The Queen bed I had was the best I had in my 2 months in I done six in budget hotels. I slept like a baby. Shower and bathroom crisp clean. Because I overslept I can't say anything about the breakfast but it is included. The lobby is a smoker lobby just so you know. I took a non smoker room though. |The staff was very helpful with arranging info regarding the ferry to Bunaken. ||In the hotel there is a nice atmosphere and the staff are enjoying their time as well. At the room they have a tour guide which is helpful, a minibar and also a list with TV channels which is handy. ||All in all a great stay here!!

First impression room big, bed is comfortable, TV large with clear channels. Shower room is big too. No elevators, stairs only. The stairs,aisle is wider then others. You feel relieved, roomy in this hotel. Need more serious to clean at the front of hotel. The are many trash need to always pick up or clean. The handphone signal inside the room little bit disappear arise.

Regularly we visit Manado for business or holiday. So we try this new budget hotel located in the area Bahu Mall shoping center. Very easy to find by taxi or public transport from airport. The staffs are nice.. but we didnt know how they english because we use bahasa to communication. The room are clean, comfort bed good bathroom.||Im just afraid about the cleanest if the hotel will runned couple of months forward. I hope the best for this hotel.. started good..

My partner and I stayed here one night, and found the hotel very comfortable and good value. |We checked in past midnight, there were no issues, check in was quick.|Bedroom comfortable and clean and bathroom clean.|We also had a variety of snacks in the room such as a small pack of biscuits and a packet of nuts which was a nice touch! Also 2 bottles of water.|Breakfast was simple but tasty - toast with variety of spreads, or rice. The coffee was good too.|The staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us, and were friendly throughout.||A great budget hotel and we would stay again.

Stayed here for two nights after our trip to Lembeh for diving. Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel and a good price. 250,000IDR for double room with breakfast. Bed very comfortable, room is clean and new.||Breakfast was ok, usual Asian style with rice and noodles, toast, jam and eggs on request. Coffee, tea juice etc.|Staff were friendly and helpful. ||Location is good. Close to large super market where you can buy food and drinks. Small restaurant also on the beach 2 min walk away for cheap meals.||Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I spent 10 days here having carefully reviewed many other possibilities as I prefer smaller medium to low cost hotels to almost indecently opulent hotels. For the price this hotel proved good value and was well located with a good supermarket just a couple of hundred metres away and less than that to a series of warungs overlooking the sea with plenty of variety and meals for around $2.||||The hotel staff were always responsive and the room cleaned daily. We were a bit apprehensive about wifi which had some earlier critical reviews but found that it generally worked well enough. I had some problem with my own laptop in the last few days but am not sure where the problem lay.||||Would certainly go back if we returned to Manado

Very cheap, but even then not good value. Most staff nice. No toilet paper or toiletries as per their booking details. Had to ask for towels and were eventually give one even though it was a double room. Room dirty with hair on floors. Ok location.

I had a standard single room for 200k and stayed a total of three nights. It seems that all the standard singles are non-smoking. Bed very comfy, AC strong, great rainshower with hot water, towel etc. provided. Clean as well. Wifi is there but check first if you have a signal in your room. Else head to the reception, the connection there is mostly very good. TV had several english channels.||||The included breakfast was very good as well. There was rice, noodles, eggs, toast, fruits, coffee, tea, some sugary-drink etc. ||||Staff very, very friendly. Professionals who try to build something there. There was always someone present who speaks very good english as well. After being away for a week they still remembered my name. Keep up the good work! ||||Negativ was only the overpriced, slow and bad quality laundry and do not buy drinks (like coke) there as they cost too much.||||Not only is the Bahu Mall very close but also dozens of small restaurants and it is just a five minutes walk to the bemos or taxis. There is not much to do in Manado as a tourist so enjoy the sunset over the ocean just a minutes walk away. It is in a very quiet location - there is no street noise whatsoever. Not all taxi-drivers know the place but the address above is correct. After entering the Bahu Mall complex drive to the seafront and turn left. Then you will see the sign. ||||Overall, the quality you get for 200k is great.
