Super Tom's Burgers

Today I went to Super Tom's Burgers.I ordered a chicken salad.The salad was fresh and delicious!!!The cashier That helped me out with my order was very nice and helpful!!!

Definitely stepped up their game. Didn’t even get a steak sandwich, which was the highlight of my meal last time. I was craving chili cheese fries, but the line at The Hat was just way too long. Drove down to Super Tom’s as a quick alternative and happy we did. The last time the fries were a little weak, so ordered them well done and that did the trick. They also have a BOGO on burgers after 4pm and decided to get a cheeseburger for me and a plain burger for my doggie. Well the burger tasted great. Had the charbroil flavor of a backyard grill, which was nice and my doggie loved his as well. They also changed up their yellow Chili’s so they are not as salty as the last time I visited. Last but not least, the drive through attendant was quick and friendly. Glad I stopped in.

Good food decent prices. Zucchini was really good. Burger special was good and burgers were not small. Plenty of toppings! Staff was friendly

I came there and spent $2 for chili and it came in a small tiny side cup that's not even an ounce. They are so rude they rip people off and charge for every little thing and that's ridiculous to pay that much money for something that tiny.

If you enjoy pastrami, I'd recommend the pastrami burger. The chili cheese fries come in 2 sizes I got the small. I customized my burger, adding cheese is only a .60 cent charge. They don't charge for ranch unlike some places. You will definitely need napkins with your meal. The flavor is good and wait time for food isn't bad at all. My order came out to a little over $12 and was well worth the money.

I've had the opportunity to eat breakfast here due to work. I got a bacon breakfast burrito with pico de gallo. It was tasty not the smallest breakfast burrito I've had and not the largest. I also had the 3 egg breakfast platter. It comes with bacon or sausage, toast if choice I got sourdough, hash browns and your 3 eggs which I got over easy. I good choice if you ever wanted a complete breakfast. Coffee or juice is extra. Service was great no issues with my order. Quick service also.

I haven't been here for years but the staff was very nice and friendly and the food is still delicious 🤤

I've eaten there a few times in the past and the food was good tonight it wasn't even bad there's not a word for what it was we ordered fish dinners and the the french fries or soggy the service sucks the fish was disgusting they only have fast decent tasting thing in it was the bread that comes with it and that was soggy too I will never go back there and on top of that it was over $30 for two meals GROSS

Tom's is absolutely great, service was great, environment was great, Food was extremely flavorful and HOT, staff was amazing, definitely made my visit worth every dollar spent. Today showed how staff care about their job and maybe it's a great company or management to work under. Great job guys, you guys made an impression Thank you

First time back here in a very long time stopped because of unfriendly service and food was all over the maps,never right. We decided to give them another chance and it was different for sure friendly service and our breakfast was great we will be back.

Hole in the wall! Was craving chili cheese fries and saw this place. We ordered the small and it was plenty! I love how it was made to order and the fries to chili cheese ratio was perfect. The fries Were crunchy and not soggy and it was hot and not warm! Service was fast and staffs were all very attentive!

Love to come here with my family just moving out here. The customer service is great, friendly and fast. They play the best music and they show the news and games The menudo is my favorite. I have yet to try their burgers and breakfast, but I cannot wait to come back and keep trying more.

My first time Coming here on Mother's Day today, I got the steak & eggs. Everything was very nice other than the meat itself, for the money they charge I feel like i got cheated. Most of the meat had fat on it A plus: they handed out a Mother's Day rose!

Gross inedible zucchini and chili fries. Didn't even finish them because they were just that bad. The zucchini was soggy and had a weird seasoning combo. The chili cheese fries meat was off in color and look like mystery meat. The only good thing was the service was fast but too fast. Like the food wasn't fresh. I honestly wouldn't come here again felt like a waste of money and time

A little pricey, but it's worth it. You get a reasonable portion and the flavor is there but they do got dry Hamburger buns, and the service is cool. Seem like a family own business.

I went in to order a cheeseburger combo, with fries, and a fountain drink. The burger was your average greasy spoon burger nothing special to it. The fries were really good and they give you a lot enough to share. When I go back I want to try to their chili cheese burger.

The food is good, but sadly overpriced. It sucks getting nickel-and-dimed for every extra sauce/salsa when you've already payed so much for the meal itself! Today, we payed $20 for a club sandwich combo. Asked for 3 extra ranch and got taxed on the 75 cents!!!

2nd time dining in for the burger combo and it's been pretty consistent. The meat is cooked perfectly and the buns always taste fresh. The fries are fried up nice and crisp with a seasoning on them. Service is very good. Staff always greets you. Each time we've visited we were the only people in the dining room, but the drive thru was constantly busy.

Not a full-service "sit down" restaurant; though, the menu is worth the extra effort.

Went during a late night on the weekend. I wasn't a fan of the chili cheese fries. We live almost less than 5 minutes away and the fries were already soggy. But maybe that's just something that can't be helped. The taquitos weren't great either but the guacamole sauce saved it and it tasted pretty okay afterwards. I wasn't expecting much from here, but it seems like a decent last resort for late night fast food. I'd come back if I'm craving cheap mediocre fast food because let's be honest, that's a legitimate craving sometimes.

Food is great they have delicious burgers and chili cheese fries. Their service is great I never have any problems. And the ambiance is on point im actually heading over there right now.

Although staff friendly brings food out to you on the patio even The food is terrible. I ordered the Taquitos and the meat inside was gross like dog food mo taste. The refried beans were so pastey dry. I asked if the avocado that came with it was fresh. Also terrible had a very strong vinegar taste!!!! Someone else that was with us had pastrami meal with fries. That looked really good I tasted a French fry was really good.

I'm currently sitting here as an uber eats driver and have been for over 20 minutes. The staff members seem lost and confused. Every order that I have seen them give to the customer has been wrong in some way so they have had to go back and fix it. As a uber driver I'm torn between canceling the order and letting a different uber driver deal with it or just stick it out for the customer who's waiting for their food. Either way terrible experience!

Ordered a tuna salad and found a lemon with some sort of black gunk on it. It was literally under the tuna. Not lying on top of the salad. I don't know what it was and when I tried to wipe it off it was tar like. Needless to say the salad went into the trash and so did my $15. Super disappointed and still hungry.

Service was deceit. Food was quickly made. The breakfast burritos were fire. The Chorizo was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice!!

My wife had mentioned about this place awhile back, but I was hesitant because I never like to try anything new. Finally came to Super Tom's burgers and ordered breakfast, i was totally impressed! The food was delicious, while I was eating I took a real good look inside and outside and this place is super clean from top to bottom. The inside is immaculate and the outside is also very well kept. I noticed how one of the employees, "Samantha" was cleaning in detail the salt and pepper shakers and I told her how I was totally impressed on how she was being so thorough, Samantha also was very friendly to my wife and I. We will see you soon Super Tom's. I look forward to coming in more often with my entire family and will tell my friends about this awesome place! Great job to the entire staff! They ALL need to be recognized for their outstanding job performance. I didn't see any employee just standing g around wasting time. They were cleaning or refilling items when not attending others. People were dining and enjoying their food.

A local favorite!!! Delicious menudo and french toast!!! Prices are not bad, and they have great specials. Service is awesome and friendly as well.

The service is outstanding. The food is very very good. They have an excellent avocado bacon cheeseburger and if you go after 4 PM every day, you can get another burger for free. It's just a regular burger, but it's also very good.

Bomb fried zucchini! Ranch dip was perfect! Simple quick and fresh... I mean I dk how "fresh" the zucchini actually are, lol!, but they are bomb!

First time eating here before you enter inside you'll most likely find a homeless person either laying down outside or sitting on one of their tables. It doesn't really bother me but if you're the type of person that cares about that then the place isn't for you. They have friendly staff and they bring the food to you. My kids got the pancakes and they loved it, as for my food it was ok. I'll definitely come back and give it another try and order something else in the menu!

It's totally worth what you paid for. Spent about less than $15 per person. Big food portions. Friendly staff helping. Lots of parking spaces. Got my food in a reasonable time. Also there are plenty of available tables to eat inside the restaurant.

I don't know why this place is reviewed so low, their food is SO good ! Home style EVERYTHING. They definitely have a diverse menu. Their chili cheese fries are generous on the chili and cheese. Amazing. Their burgers are so juicy and fairly priced. Honestly, I get the jr burger bc it's so filling. And their fries ?? Perfectly seasoned and well cooked. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect.

i kid you fucking not my burger couldn't stay together for anything. first bite the whole thing fell apart. wouldn't recommend a burger here. also was just kinda meh

I've been meaning to write this review for a while and feel it is still warranted because it illustrates the lack of customer service and false advertising by Super Tom's Burger. Took my son through the drive-thru for dinner at 7pm one Sunday. My son ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger and I ordered a Steak Sandwich meal. While ordering I noticed a sign that read "Tom's BOGO - Buy any Hamburger and Get One Regular Hamburger Free. After 4pm ONLY". [I've attached a picture of the sign and menu]. I figured free food is free food, so I asked to add the Free Hamburger. The person taking my order told me we had to order a 1/4 lb. hamburger or larger to get the free one. I said the sign says "ANY" hamburger and that the Jr. Cheeseburger was clearly listed under "Hamburgers" on the menu. They said it was the rules. I then asked for a manager, I know, all this for a stupid hamburger, but it's the principle. I told the manager all about how the sign says "ANY" hamburger, how it does not say any 1/4 lb. hamburger or larger and that the only requirements on the sign are to buy ANY hamburger and that it must be after 4pm, which it was. The manager basically said those were the terms of the deal and wouldn't budge. Now, you may think that this is an over-reaction to a pretty small thing, but to me it is, again, the principle. This is clearly false advertising and really poor customer service.

I used to come and dine here frequently with friends and family. Was great for awhile then food started to decline in quality. A friend and I went back after a hiatus of a year and we decided to return and gave this place another go around. The breakfast burrito could use some flavor. French toast needed flavor and could use better quality of bread to keep it moist. This place isn't my first choice to eat but not the last either. I mean I'll come here when I'm short on time or really don't want to drive far. I mean read the reviews seems like it's a hit and miss with this place. They are consistent of being inconsistent.

1/29/23. Ordered a pastrami sandwich, grilled, and a Turkey club, extra tomato and extra Mayo. Both came out exactly as ordered. Good service, fast and friendly as usual. Ordered food inside instead of the drive thru. Just my preference since after years of driving thru a lot of different eateries, you often get an order that is missing items. Luckily, Toms does a great job getting it right. Thank you, we will continue to order from you.

If you plan on ordering the onion rings, do yourself a favor and just... don't. It was the most expensive thing I ordered, I ate 1 and threw the rest away. The burgers are very whatever. Lack of flavor is an understatement. The ranch and fries are good at least ‍

The reviews vary here although every time I come for breakfast I'm greater as soon as I walk in. (Yes I'm that customer that walks in exactly when Super Tom's opens. The dining area is always clean, restrooms spotless, tables wiped and not sticky, chairs wiped, windows clean. (good sign as this is at opening. Shows the night shift cares about their role in this business). Now to the team members. Gloria is great. Extremely professional and always has a smile. The breakfast is always fresh and warm!! Coffee taste great. SHOUT OUT TO THE COOK! I like Toms because of the two flat screens and I get to watch the news while I indulge into my feast of food! I will be back. SYOY

The girl at the drive thru was rude, 20 minutes just to get chili cheese fries, way overpriced.

We have been coming here for years and this is the 1st time I see multiple hairs not 1 or 2 I'm talking about 10 or more hairs. So I decide to call them back and just let them know to be aware that there meat is not cleaned properly or someone is putting hair inside due to the amount there is in my menudo. I call them just to inform them the girl who answered transferred me to I don't know who and all she was just saying ya ok ya, not giving a crap or even apologizing worst customer service EVER. The only thing she said bring it back so we can inspect it and will give you another one!!! I don't want anymore of your nasty hairy menudo thank you. Just be aware and inspect your food.

Went for the first time ever through the drive-thru during COVID times in November. They have a big menu. The food was alright, nothing special.

love all their food. I usually walk here with my dad whenever we need our car serviced. their food is really good, i normally order their double cheese burger and my dad usually gets the pastrami sandwich!

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS puts pico in my breakfast burrito. I selected no pico and I wrote no Pico. Every time they always freaking fail I would use another word. It's like theres no common sense they don't read direction. This is the 3 rd time they never listen!!!! I always have to cut my burrito in half to check. The moment I see the tomato I start yelling. Honestly I like this place and always order from them, but I'm just going to have to start doing Tam's.

I stopped here on a whim and was completely wowed. I usually get a jr cheeseburger or a regular cheeseburger. Everything is fresh and they use leaf lettuce instead of shredded like most burger joints around here. The fries are done perfectly. Very delicious every time I come. I have since learned other family and friends are obsessed also

Great customer service. I got the carne asada burrito and it was delicious. My aunt got the greek salad, she's gotten it like 5 times already, and it didn't disappoint. Definitely recommend going there!

You can't go wrong with their burgers here not to mention after 4pm you get a free burger when you buy one so that's a steal :) gives you the homey diner feeling I haven't really tasted anything besides their burgers and breakfast so if you try those 2 things you definitely won't regret it!

Came here today and had an order of fries (I used to come here all the time when I worked in the area) the fries didn't taste anything like they used to, they weren't even cooked all the way. Weren't seasoned that well and were soggy on the outside and nasty/raw in the middle. These fries used to HIT, I don't know what happened but today I'm pretty sure everyone that had my batch of fries had raw barely seasoned fries. Yuck. If you want mediocre cheap food that will get you full, this is your go to place-however today wasn't the day.

I usually just go here if I'm craving French fries. This time, I ordered a tuna melt along with a side of fries. The fries were typical fries... Kinda hard to mess that up. The tuna melt was cold. Again, tuna melts seem pretty easy to make and one might think wherever you order it, it should be good. Theirs was just eh. I probably won't come back... I can find fries elsewhere.

I had a corn dog. Didn't want to fill up as The Donut Man is our next stop. Poor little corn dog, he got overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Onion rings nothing to write home about. On to the cheesesteak....Philly would beat it to a pulp. The meat had peculiar taste to it and the cheese wasn't completely melted. Oh well, should have paid attention to the Yelp rating. So now on the road to get donuts. Stay tuned.
