Worst Hotel Experience Ever||This was hands down the worst hotel stay of my life. I am genuinely shocked that this property is listed online at all, as the reality is nowhere close to what is shown in the photos or descriptions.||The hotel is unsafe, unhygienic, and completely misrepresented. The rooms are dark, dingy, smelly, and extremely dirty. The beds are filthy, with old and uncomfortable mattresses. Towels provided were ripped, stained, and unhygienic. Even the dustbin had no garbage bag.||The walls were full of dust and grime, the refrigerator didn’t work, and bathroom fixtures were so old and unhygienic that we didn’t feel safe using them. Housekeeping was practically nonexistent, and mosquitoes were everywhere in the room. Several switches and lights didn’t work properly.||The reception staff appeared completely clueless. They even insisted that drinking water is chargeable, which is unacceptable. Breakfast was equally disappointing — no planning, no options, the same two idlis every single day, and we were informed barely 10 minutes in advance about what would be served.||To make matters worse, the basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) provided on day one were expected to last for an entire 7-day stay, which is absolutely unacceptable.||I raised a formal complaint during my stay and was given ticket number [36984668799], with an assurance that I would receive a callback within 48 hours. It has now been over a week, and I am still waiting, no call, no update, no resolution.||I called up FAB Hotel on +91-7042424242, the staff was so rude he said the complaint team will get back with in 48 hours and disconnected the call. The manager at the property didn’t understand a thing… after showing him all the video and photos of the room, he says this is what they can provide rest, I have to connect with FAB Hotel.||This property is not suitable for families, couples, or even solo travelers. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not trust the online pictures — they are highly misleading.

Worst experience ever. Room had bedbugs, and no response even after complaint. Washroom was dirty, wash basin was clogged with water.

Their justification was that the rate I paid online was "too low," which is completely unacceptable.||||As a customer, I trusted this hotel to honor a confirmed booking, but instead, I was left stranded with my family in another city without accommodation. The staff refused to take responsibility and directed me to Goibibo for resolution, showing a total lack of professionalism and customer service.||||A hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide the service they promised, and refusing a booking due to pricing is unethical and reflects poorly on their management practices. This kind of behavior not only causes inconvenience but also tarnishes the trust customers place in such establishments.||||I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they may not honor their commitments, leaving you in a difficult situation. Choose accommodations that prioritize their customers and maintain professionalism.

Very clean room and gentle service

Rooms are clean Service is ok no issue if you are travelling as couple. Location is very good. You can find 🍷 shop near and there are few good restaurants near buy. And they also allowed online food order. Room size is very compact. They are charging more actually on weekend they should charge less then 2500 /- without breakfast as per room size. Breakfast is NOT GOOD and they will force you to take breakfast🍳☕🍞 Happy travelling :p

Stayed at Honolulu apartments part of gold coast apartments. The location.. close to the airport, the sea, great choice of food and amenities. A gym indoor pool, and massive outdoor pool were just amazing. Plenty of staff very friendly. The room I stayed in was on the 26th floor so incredible views. If you decide you want something special for location this is the place. Download the Grab taxi app to avoid being ripped off at the airport and you're home.
