I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Shubhangan. Despite making a confirmed booking for 2 rooms well in advance through Goibibo, the hotel denied my check-in on the day of arrival. Their justification was that the rate I paid online was "too low," which is completely unacceptable.||||As a customer, I trusted this hotel to honor a confirmed booking, but instead, I was left stranded with my family in another city without accommodation. The staff refused to take responsibility and directed me to Goibibo for resolution, showing a total lack of professionalism and customer service.||||A hotel’s primary responsibility is to provide the service they promised, and refusing a booking due to pricing is unethical and reflects poorly on their management practices. This kind of behavior not only causes inconvenience but also tarnishes the trust customers place in such establishments.||||I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they may not honor their commitments, leaving you in a difficult situation. Choose accommodations that prioritize their customers and maintain professionalism.

Stayed at Honolulu apartments part of gold coast apartments. The location.. close to the airport, the sea, great choice of food and amenities. A gym indoor pool, and massive outdoor pool were just amazing. Plenty of staff very friendly. The room I stayed in was on the 26th floor so incredible views. If you decide you want something special for location this is the place. Download the Grab taxi app to avoid being ripped off at the airport and you're home. Want to bring the family back here next time.

Rooms are clean Service is ok no issue if you are travelling as couple. Location is very good. You can find 🍷 shop near and there are few good restaurants near buy. And they also allowed online food order. Room size is very compact. They are charging more actually on weekend they should charge less then 2500 /- without breakfast as per room size. Breakfast is NOT GOOD and they will force you to take breakfast🍳☕🍞 Happy travelling :p

Have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions and it was what one would get from a 3 star hotel. This time around, management has changed and it is one of the worst experiences in hotel stay one can find. There is no upkeep to the rooms, cleanliness is down the drain, shower curtains have never been cleaned since they were installed, I even informed the reception that I knew that a lady was staying in the room I was given, as the toilet seat had blood on it. Breakfast is no more a buffet and they serve you a limited portion and not before 9am. All hot breakfast are now served cold for your convenience. Recommendation to everyone, PLEASE reconsider before staying at this hotel.

This hotel is the best value in that area , over all it’s not bad It’s not the best but better then others in that area Good restaurants in that area

Room was smelling like smokes, the massager chair was not working No extra towels or dental kit provided. King size bed was not given instead two single bed with improper fixture Overall experience was unsatisfactory, I would suggest to book only if you have no other option left.
