I stayed here for four nights for work. I really enjoyed it! It's a very cool and laid back hotel that caters to all types of people - from families to worker bees like me, to couples and groups of friends.
I worked a lot while there, so I used the lobby and dining area as my office. Wifi is fast and reliable. They play good music downstairs, so I enjoyed working down there more than in my room.
The rooms are okay sized and nice for one or two people. I was on the fourth floor and had a nice view of the "Hamburg needle." The only disappointment is that the TV's only play German shows with no subtitles. So it's entertaining the first night...but not so enjoyable the rest of the trip.
The showers are nice, good power, and the entire property was extremely clean.
Staff was nice. They have a 24 hour bar where you can get alcoholic beverages (beer/wine/booze), sodas, waters and juices. They also have some snacks (fruit, bars, microwavable food) if needed. The neighborhood has good budget dining options and is the hotel is a few blocks from the U-Bahn.
I really liked the Superbude. I was told this one is in a better neighborhood than the others, which is important for me as a single woman traveling alone.
