All the emails and instructions we received before the booking were clear and informative. |Location is perfect, close to city links. |We loved the rooms, comfortable and had everything we needed. |The reception staff incredible helpful in every way, breakfast on the top floor was delicious. We also used the restaurant during our stay, amazing food and service. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and we rebook for a further visit. Thank you all for making our stay such fun!

I had an amazing stay at Superbude. The staff were outstanding—super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the very first moment. They responded quickly to every request and genuinely made sure I had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern interior. The lobby is also a really cool space to relax or interact with other guests. The price was a bit high for me, but that’s completely understandable since I booked last minute after canceling another reservation. Despite that, the Superbude team greeted me warmly and ensured everything was perfect. Overall, Superbude is a modern and super cool place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Our recent stay 23-26 Dec 2025, very friendly and good services, especially at Neni Restaurant, the manger Azizi (hope I got the correct spelling), he was very helpful to agree to our request for an early breakfast at 6.45 before their opening time at 7am. We had an early morning tour booked for that day and the bus was picking us up 7.30am at the hotel lobby. Here we would like to thank Azizi for his kind understanding and assistance..!

A very alternative and modern hotel, for sure different than any other. Great concept, nice rooms (they could just have a little less dust because of the carpet), tasty breakfast that could have some more choices or varieties. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.|Pretty much recommended, as it’s value for money!

We came to this hotel as a family with a dog and we were welcomed by multiple small black hairs on our pillows and bed and also long white and yellow hairs on the little sofa pillows. We asked to change the room and they immediately changed it which i found very friendly and helpful but nonetheless there shouldn't have been hair in the first place which disgusted me for the rest of my stay. The rooms also lack the bare necessities a hotel should have in my opinion, like a hotel phone to contact the other rooms and reception, a place to sit and relax like a sofa which was only in the first room we had but not in the second "cube" room, there were some towels missing and coffee, tea machines or simple water and glasses. I didnt like the rooms or the housekeeping. The breakfast was fine but didnt have a lot of good options for vegans. The hotel is also pretty far away from the centre of town so walking is not an option.

We came to this hotel with our dog for a couple of days, and we were surprised by the staff's preparation of a dog bed, water/food bowls, and delicious snacks for our pet. I highly recommend this hotel for people with four-legged friends. We only had a minor issue with the ventilation, as it wasn't working properly, but we may have missed the instructions on how to activate it. However, this didn't disrupt our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel⭐️

It’s hard to find anything bad to say about **Superbude Wien Prater Hotel** and its staff.||1. The cleanliness is excellent.|2. The nearby playground makes it a fun place for families.|3. The rooftop restaurant (mainly offering Jewish cuisine) is delicious and beautifully designed.|4. The breakfast is also good.||The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the city center, but overall, it’s a great hotel in every way — **highly recommended.**

We stayed for 2 nights, first we were surprised about the bathroom, do mind there is no wall between the bathroom and bedroom itself. Not a problem for us but we were surprised, we didnt see that from the photos. Toilet is separate though. The room has no safe or closet and there is only an iron table and chair that are folded on the wall. Its an industrial feel to it but its a comfortable room. The problem was with the shower drainage, it somehow made a sudden loud noise occasionally, so always take ear plugs. Another weird and annoying thing was when we needed another duvet cover and wanted to call the reception by phone, the call just didnt go through, we tried many times but the automatic voice was just looping and after many tries we went to reception by ourselves. The next day was a big downer when we came to the breakfast. First there was a long waiting line to come inside, there is not enough space for all the guests it looks like, BUT it was also a Sunday and Sundays are known to be busy. We also got a small reimbursement in a form of a ginger shot and the next morning was way less busy. The service was in and out very kind and attention-full!
