Superior Gourmet Marketplace ٥٥٥

During my 7-day stay in New York, I went to Superior Gourmet Marketplace for breakfast every day. I had coffee, omelette, fruit salad, and yogurt, which gave me a good start to my mornings. The omelette was fluffy and cooked just right, the fruit salad was fresh and tasted great. I also tried their sandwiches, and they were not only tasty but also came in big portions. I often went back for a quick and satisfying snack. The staff was friendly, and the place had a nice and welcoming atmosphere. If you're in the area and want a good breakfast or a yummy sandwich, I recommend checking out Superior Gourmet Marketplace.

Absolutely great food! Their sandwiches are delicious. I go back a minimum of once per week, absolutely great and they have a ton of choices! The only thing I’d recommend improving, and the reason I give 4/5 and not 5/5 is the hidden costs (they charge 1$ more after a specific time and 1$ extra for when you pay with card).

They were super friendly and the food was delicious 😋. The variation of foods was enormous, and the sweet section was great also. A 10/10 recommendation from me! :)

Love love love this spot! There smoothies & milkshakes are amazing & always hit the spot. They have a variety of snacks, munchies & so many sandwiches. Also, the have some unique different drinks, I never seen before, as well as organic treats.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, got home, started eating and realized something was off. They put turkey bacon in it instead of bacon, they didn’t bother to tell me they don’t sell pork bacon.

Superior is by far the best deli in the city. The delivery’s are fast and food is always hot. They are nice and respectful. The food is delicious. With many options for everyone. I really love the chop cheese it’s a must have. This place never disappoints. What are you waiting for and visit the best deli in the city.

I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this deli another chance. Today was the last straw. After ordering and paying, the cashier started yelling across the store, full drama, arguing with the cook over their own lack of communication — completely unprofessional. Then she made me come back to the register because she had undercharged me. So now I’m being pulled into their chaos, after already paying. Also, the price breakdown is ridiculous: $2 more just to switch from roll to hero, $2 more for being vegan, and another fee if you use a card — around $2 again. Unless you pay cash, which of course, they don’t tell you upfront. And God forbid you ask a question — the attitude you get is like you're inconveniencing them just by existing. They have Superior prices, and maybe they think they offer Gourmet service, but this place is anything but. I'm done.

Do not order from the plantega menu if you are truly a vegan They cook all the meat and pork on the same stove with the same spatula and don’t even clean the stove before making the vegan food Super cross contamination. Waste of money if your ordering from the plantega menu
