Supernova Hotel

Cool, vibrant and welcoming decor when you enter, with extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff to greet you. The room was very clean and the bed so comfy! There is a snug library with games to play & the bar offers a great range of drinks. Breakfast is served buffet style and features continental items, including fresh pastries & eggs made to order. You can hire Bikes for free from the hotel and they can arrange most bookings & trips for you. The location is perfect for city exploring & only a short walk to the train station. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay in the SuperNova Hotel, Rotterdam. First of all, all staffs here were super nice and friendly. They are also super helpful and considerate regarding all our extra requests. Then there is the location. The hotel locates near several major tram lines, which allowed us to travel around the city of Rotterdam quite easily. The only small downside was seats and sofa in the room. They were not that comfy. Definitely will stay in the Supernova Hotel next time we are to have our vacation in Rotterdam.

Stayed Jan 23. We loved this hotel. It’s charming and has character while still having all the modern comforts you could want (bed was fantastic large and comfy). The staff here were a big standout, lovely and professional. We had a small issue with the room and they took care of it quickly and with a smile. Location was great we walked everywhere and there were several tasty food options close by (the staff were also happy to help with suggestions). Would definitely stay again!

I knew I would be arriving late in Rotterdam due to a packed schedule and needed a convenient hotel for an early morning meeting near the train station that had parking. Also traveling group of 3 (1 teenager) - so wanted a room to fit all of us comfortably and not too expensive since we spent less than 12 hours in the hotel. Supernova delivered on those counts… so if this is what you need, then Supernova fits the bill… but that’s about it. ||Breakfast was appreciated, beds comfy. Overall hotel is modern, cute and quirky and lives up to the reputation in terms of design as other reviews say but that’s really it. ||Maybe it was the numerous little steps here and there, plus the slightly dim lighting in the corridors that made it difficult for me to move with my luggage, or the look good / instagramable but flimsy furnishing in a rather tightish room (it’s Europe after all), or the expensive nearby street parking that sums up to an average but rough experience for me. I felt I paid the price for a cute designed hotel. ||I was surprised with the lack of heating in the room - our room had a patio overlooking a garden but given it was winter (and a rainy night), there really wasn’t much insulation - the thin-ish curtains, the small portable heater didn’t cut it for me. The minimalist design also meant there wasn’t much storage space for winter coats and luggage for a room meant for 4 but used by 3 (2 adults 1 teenager). Also the table meant to make a hot drink is shared with the TV, record player and records - while I appreciate the facility, this also means there isn’t lot of free space for us to put out our personal things.

Supernice rooms, super vibe and really nice staff. Location in the middle of town. You can walk or use one of the bikes for free. Had a really nice stay. Rooms were really design and stylish. Good coffee and nice breakfast. Love the design throughout the whole hotel with vintage photos and LP’s.

The room was amazing - a wonderfully comfortable bed on a raised platform behind a glazed screen with a good living area. The bathroom was spotless and well designed, with excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free hire bikes made exploring the city a breeze.

Was an amazing experience, loveeee this hotel, especially the LPs in the rooms, Genius. Staff as well were amazing! Look forward to coming back! Thank you!!

Nice hotel with service minded staff. The room was nice, but there were a lot of steep stairs in the old house
