Visited SuperPark Singapore on a Saturday (peak hours) with my family of three. We bought a 2-hour ticket (12–2pm), but a noticeable portion of our paid time was wasted due to queue and station closures.
At around 12:45pm, we went to the Pedal Cars attraction, only to be told it was closed until 2pm with no prior notice or guidance at the entrance. We’re asked to go for rock climbing attraction that opens at 1pm, but also another queue to go in, and not an activity we would enjoy. We later understood this was due to manpower and space planning limitations, meaning only one station could operate at a time.
I could accept this during non-peak hours, but not on a Saturday when full-priced tickets are charged. If users can only play certain attraction at certain timing, this should be communicated upfront when tickets are being bought or have someone to guide or show attraction timing. SuperPark is not cheap compared to other playgrounds, especially for families.
We enjoyed SuperPark before the renovation, but post-renovation the experience has clearly declined. Better off going other places.
