Apparently whether you know your rights or not whether you’re guilty or not guilty they are still trying to break you in some form. With that being said always stand tall and fight for your rights. #knowyourrights And sometimes that doesn’t even work with this place. Sad.

Scova is responsible for the judicial process of every court in Va according Va constitution. Having reviewed the paperwork in several cases in two counties, I have concluded that Scova's legal research department and the records management department rate an F for complete failure due to the utter lack of due process from the very start of every case filed in Va. SCOVA is nothing but a whitewashed tomb. Look for constitutional criticism of Virginia Forms, benchbooks and court manuals. Keep a bucket handy if you ever dare to analyze any forms published by SCOVA. It's like diving into a cesspool.
