Best item I ordered was the Beef noodle soup. Great flavor, has bok choy and a couple of big meat pieces in it. Not too satisfied with the appetizers. Seaweed salad was not flavorful, 100% seaweed (usually places put julienned tofu and or clear noodles in it too). Cucumbers were crisp but flavor wasn’t good. Xiaolongbao taste was okay, I’ve had better. Pot stickers had a nice thick skin, crunchy bottom, meat filling same as xiaolongbao. Juan Bing was pretty good. Served warm and crispy.

Food is standard portions and quality. A little salty I thought. The servers were not very attentive, but that's expected at an Asian restaurant. The bathroom was clean. Parking was easy, but it may have been due to a holday

4.5 stars: I like the chewy (dente) noodles and their XLB. The soup is a bit salty. The renovated restaurant is clean and comfy. Note: cash only

The long-awaited Supreme Dragon has finally opened here. They had taken over this location of where noodle king previously was. The food here is just like the other Supreme Dragon locations. The English names may very but the food is all very similar. One of my favorite things about these locations is that you have the pickled relish like sour veggies at the table to put into your beef noodle soup or other dishes. Overall, the food is great. The restaurant itself feels a little bit more crowded compared to when It was noodle king. Not sure if it's because there are more circular tables then square tables. It feels like there's less room to get around the restaurant itself. Other than the beef noodle soup, we ordered the spicy wontons, and the pot stickers. Can't wait to try their beef rolls next time. It seems like they're kind of short staffed but that's with a packed restaurant. I came here on a Friday night with my family. The 2 ladies working were hustling and helping folks so they were getting pulled in all different directions.

Best Taiwanese style noodles house. One of my favorite places, family owned, it's been there for years. It survived the pandemic 👍
