Supreme Hotel

Fantastic location and great value for money. Bathrooms are good, showers have hot water for extended periods and good water pressure. I stayed in room 103. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate (great masala chai). Fusion chinese restaurant offers room service. The mutton biriyani was really good! AC and fan included in each room. Our group had 3 rooms on the first floor.

Located very near the cuffe parade metro station. Area is very convenient to visit colaba fort and cst areas. Location has a lot of old heritage buildings. Bed and bathroom was decent quality and importantly ac works fine. Staff was helpful. Mobile Internet and wifi was trouble in my room as it was interior. Had to place my phone in a weird place on window to get enough speed for work. Breakfast is very small variety with some continental stuff and one north indian food. They had eggs cooked to order though which saved me.

We stayed here for two days ,The location is convenient to reach most of the places . Size of Room is quite congested and Very small We found cockroach in the washroom, AC wasn't working properly. The food is was not up to the Mark , Chef was in hurry to leave the shift as Order taker keep telling us please place the final order Fast. ( He stays Far away ). Staff also wasn't attentive enough, We ask for Water ,Replacement of Dirty Glasses but no one was bothering.

Comfortable and flexible Stay. Good level hygiene and neatness. Breakfast and dinning area is well arranged and managed. Hightly recommended for family and personal stay.

The rooms were unclean, with dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. For the high prices charged, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. My brother and I stayed here after another nearby hotel denied us check-in for being unmarried . We thought this place would be better, but it turned out to be worse. The room we were given was in terrible condition, and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We immediately requested a refund, but the staff denied it and instead gave us a different room, which was also not up to the mark. The overall hygiene, service, and value for money were completely lacking. Not at all recommendable. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a decent and clean stay

Rooms are worst of the worst. TV was broken and no screen to watch. Rooms are dirty. Charged 5500/-+GST per day. Does this amount digest to you? This way, some of the service industries are surviving by looting the public. Never recommend to anyone
