Supreme Hotel

The rooms were unclean, with dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. For the high prices charged, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. My brother and I stayed here after another nearby hotel denied us check-in for being unmarried . We thought this place would be better, but it turned out to be worse. The room we were given was in terrible condition, and we felt extremely uncomfortable. We immediately requested a refund, but the staff denied it and instead gave us a different room, which was also not up to the mark. The overall hygiene, service, and value for money were completely lacking. Not at all recommendable. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a decent and clean stay

Rooms are worst of the worst. TV was broken and no screen to watch. Rooms are dirty. Charged 5500/-+GST per day. Does this amount digest to you? This way, some of the service industries are surviving by looting the public. Never recommend to anyone

Comfortable and flexible Stay. Good level hygiene and neatness. Breakfast and dinning area is well arranged and managed. Hightly recommended for family and personal stay.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay whilst in Mumbai. Situated close to Colaba , which has all the Old Bombay Charm. The Taj , Gateway of India , Nariman point , Crawford market , VT , Fort & Fountain. We stayed for a Month here for My Dad's Radiation therapy & they treated us Absolutely like preferred guests. Daily fresh Toiletries , towels & cleaning. Breakfast isn't a big lavish spread but is more than enough to make your day a lovely one what with fresh cut fruits , omelet to order & a mix of vegetarian offerings , tea Coffee , Juice etc. The entire staff is extremely humble , co-operative & extremely well trained to attend to your needs. At the reception Mr. Das was a great help . Then the entire kitchen staff was extremely kind to give whatever food we required. And the best part is that they serve a Buffet Dinner which I must say is absolutely bang for the Buck don't forget to check it out. And very surprisingly the Vegetarian food is just awesome. Ask for Paneer Makhani it's a must try. This is a very good place to stay for Family & friends & definitely worth your money. The hotel has a parking on the street side . All the best to the entire staff & the owner for maintaining such high standards.

Very old building and very old utilities. Not upto the mark but location is good.

Usually, our office team stays at Supreme Hotel because of its convenient location. However, this time I had a really bad experience. 1. We had a booking through a third party app, but the hotel manager denied having a tie-up with them and asked me to call the booking company directly. This was frustrating because the hotel should ensure hassle-free accommodation for its customers, and it wasn’t my fault that they had issues with the third party. This process took around 20 minutes, even though it was 11 PM and I was completely soaked from the rain. 2. The room I was given was very uncomfortable and unclean. When I asked if there was another vacant room, the manager said there wasn't one available at the moment but promised to transfer me to another room later, which never happened. Overall, I had a horrible experience with their service this time.

Overall great experience from all the staff. Staff was reachable and responsive. Good quality rooms with AC and they upgraded my room to triple as I had 10 yr old kid with me for Rs 500 extra, which was worth it. However there were broken glass in bathroom window which was visible from outside.. but the staff was quick to respond and get it fixed. They feel empowered to get things fixed which simply implies Hotel's owner shows lots of trust in their hotel staff. 1 thing I would recommend to improve is circulation in backside facing rooms is poor so hotel needs to improve by exhaust or putting some circulation mechanism . Overall great experience. Visited with wife and kid

Decent Hotel. Air Conditioning was cool. Washroom are good with a separate shower. Mosquitoes were lurking in the corrirdors which is not acceptable. The restaurant rates are cheap. Room service is very fast but clearance of stuff is pretty slow. Overall a decent hotel at the cost.
