Supreme Mobile Car Wash Detail

Got my car detailed by Andre today because I wasted a whole crock pot of chicken soup yesterday and my car started to smell almost like trash. I called Andre this morning and he we was able to come out the same day. BABY! He cleaned my vinyl, wood grain, seats, dashboard, and EVERYTHING! He was very nice and personable, and knowledgeable about what I needed to get the smell out. My car wasn’t this clean even when I bought it! 10/10 and you should definitely call him for your detailing needs!

Andre came to detail my vehicle with short notice after a spill and took great care in making the interior look like new again! He was able to finish the job quickly while being courteous and professional, so five stars are well deserved.

I have to give two stars. Here’s why: At first glance, everything looked great, so much so that I even offered to refer them to others. But once the interior dried, I saw the real results. When they shampooed and conditioned my seats, they didn’t use a wet-vac to extract the moisture. Because of that, I now have more stains on my seats than I did before the wash. I paid over $200 for the car to be soaked with chemicals and left to air dry. I also paid $75 dollars for a biohazard fee becuase of toddler urine accident in the back seat. I’ll pay a premium, but I expect premium results. My dash and interior had visible residue and streaks. Even my windows somehow were messy after I finally got in the car and started driving. Some areas were still completely wet, and I had to finish drying it myself. There were also missed spots that I was shocked to see were not hit on the seats. Again, when you get a detail, everything is fresh, so you give the head nod, you say hey appreciate it and keep it moving becuase it looks good in the moment. Had the stains been there before my service, I wouldn’t even waste my time writing this. It essentially felt like this was something I could’ve done myself. I held off writing this to give it a chance to dry out fully, hoping I wouldn’t need to leave a negative review. They were polite and worked hard in the heat. The customer service is there when you call but the output needs to match. Ultimately, The results didn’t match the price, and definitely didn’t earn the referrals I was ready to give them. OMG Where can I start. First I received a GREAT deal on Groupon so I was super excited but when I met Mr. Andre I was even more excited from his professionalism and energy. His work is TOP Notch & SUPREME!!!! My car was extremely dirty from being transported from another state, after he was done, it looked BETTER than when I drove it off the lot. My hat goes off to Mr. Andre. 💙💙💙

He did a fantastic job, was right on time and so kind. My car was a mess from moving and he went above and beyond. After seeing how great my car looked my mom pulled hers up too! He also uses high quality products. The seats went from a dull black to a deep dark black, I literally didn’t know the leather could look this good. Last but not least, the ceramic coating. Once again I have never seen my car this shiny, the paint color even looks more vibrant. 10/10 will hire again.

I got a detail for my best friend as her birthday gift, adulting haha! Andre was professional, timely, and so sweet! Highly recommend, the car is SPOTLESS and a great price. Definitely will spread the word.
