Best Western Sur

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The staff at reception demonstrated a concerning lack of professionalism in their demeanor and handling of the situation as they skipped my turn for check in after a bus of tourist arrived after me. Furthermore, the manager's engagement with my concerns was unsatisfactory as he didnt show care to handke the situation. This experience fell far short of the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. I hope these issues will be addressed to prevent future guests from enduring a similar experience.

Great value hotel in Sur , good food and friendly staff especially front desk Ms. Shomaila was very helpful

Very unlucky visit we had there. Suddenly the first floor was floded with dirty water and in the morning the water came into the corridors and it started to stink pretty badly. The hotel still charged the full price.

During my stay I have changed 3 rooms due to AC issue , very bad experience and they have not able to fix the issue. Very old building and poor breakfast is provided

We needed to leave another hotel and arrived at night. The receptionists were extremely helpful, understanding and nice to us. The place is very nice and well maintained, it was a pity that we didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel also has a nice bar, where you can get alcohol. The breakfast is a nice buffet, but I think they could extend on the offer of warm dishes. Also, no coffee machine only filtered coffee is available.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, albeit the design is a bit dated. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good selection and an omelette station (except for the coffee, which was watery). Not in downtown but just a few minutes away by car. Plenty of parking in front.

We spent one night and I would personally prefer a different hotel while staying in Sur again. The hotel was empty, we met nobody other than our small group there, not even at dinner (between 7 and 9 p.m.) or breakfast. This gave the whole experience a weird undertone. Personnel were friendly and diligent.

Very good service, clean rooms, quiet.
