A truly fantastic restaurant! On our first day in Mar del Plata, we were looking for a seafood place and came across this little gem thanks to its reviews and ratings. Great location, intimate and cozy interior — very welcoming. The coconut-breaded shrimp were absolutely delightful. Lomo was decent, though a bit too oily for my taste. The fries came in the form of thin chips — an unexpected but fun twist. The wine was excellent, and the limoncello — just incredible: smooth, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. Among the myriad dining establishments in the vicinity, I am delighted that we selected Sur for our midday repast, as it proved to be an extraordinary experience. The personnel displayed exceptional cordiality, and the cuisine exhibited remarkable freshness, characterized by a tantalizing array of flavors. Encouraged by a sense of culinary exploration, I chose to sample a diverse selection, and the result was most satisfying. Notably, the kitchen maintained a commendable standard of cleanliness, and the overall cost was reasonable, offering excellent value. Furthermore, the restaurant's dedication to genuine local hospitality was readily apparent. Consequently, I wholeheartedly endorse this dining establishment for those seeking an exceptional dining experience.

Probably the best sea food I have tried in Mar del Plata. Great variety and delicious food. The service was also really good. Highly recommended.

Nice place with amazing food. The logistics need to improve, I made a reservation and still had to wait 20min for a table.

Average, food was not that good, expect calamari that was on point.
