Sure Hotel by Best Western Allén

Great hotel very close to the center or bus central that goes from/to Landvetter airport. Everything was clean, stuff were friendly, breakfast was included! Happy to come back one day again! Tack Sverige 😌

I was charged twice for my stay and have not received any response to the emails I’ve sent requesting a refund for the second charge. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and accountability. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, but so far, communication has been nonexistent.

We had a lovely weekend in Göteborg. The hotel stay was great. Extremely friendly staff members specially Awet, Viktoria and Hamza were very supportive. Due to our travel plan we had to checkout before the "breakfast time” but Hamza was so helpful that he organized a packed “breakfast packet” for us. This is a very nice hotel. The rooms and in general the hotel itself are clean, the staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers (soft) drinks all the time for free. There is also waffle time (also included in your booking), where you cook your own waffle. For the location, it is close to city center and a park, with parkings always available. The ratio of quality to price is very good, I highly recommend it.

As of January 2025, free waffles are no more. They are now charging 25 krona per Waffle which means that a) no one will use them b) I won't come back After some argumentation, they did honor it for existing bookings. Besides that, it was alright for the low price I paid in winter. Single room was surprisingly comfy and breakfast ok.

The location is great, within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the food; it was well-prepared and tasty. The service was good, though not particularly impressive—just what you’d expect. The only real issue was with the windows; the ventilation didn’t close properly, so we had some trouble with drafts. Despite that, we had a pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is within walking distance from the city area. The service is outstanding. Very good staff. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked. The room is sufficiently large, but the furnishings are somewhat dated. I would book the hotel again because of the location and the friendly staff.

Our room was very small for 2 medium sized adults. Bed was too soft and sinking in the middle. Slightly isolated from the centre and needs a bit of walk. Service very friendly. Breakfast was basic. Extra touch was the free waffles in the afternoon.

Nice cozy family friendly place :) Nice rooms and nice breakfast :) there's some downsides though: - Wi-Fi is pretty unstable - Too dry bacon - The pillows could be better Other than that it's a very nice hotel to stay when visiting Gothenburg :)

My room was pretty big. View of a fairly main street but the room was pretty quiet. One great thing was they can do laundry in the hotel, and it was super cheap (I think only about $10).

Cozy place. It was ok. Small bathrooms, but the bed was comfy. Location was central compared to what we had planned in town.
