Sure Hotel by Best Western Allén

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms and in general the hotel itself are clean, the staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers (soft) drinks all the time for free. There is also waffle time (also included in your booking), where you cook your own waffle. For the location, it is close to city center and a park, with parkings always available. The ratio of quality to price is very good, I highly recommend it.

As of January 2025, free waffles are no more. They are now charging 25 krona per Waffle which means that a) no one will use them b) I won't come back After some argumentation, they did honor it for existing bookings. Besides that, it was alright for the low price I paid in winter. Single room was surprisingly comfy and breakfast ok.

The location is great, within walking distance to everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the food; it was well-prepared and tasty. The service was good, though not particularly impressive—just what you’d expect. The only real issue was with the windows; the ventilation didn’t close properly, so we had some trouble with drafts. Despite that, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Well, i stayed at gothenburg for 1night, so i didn't have the opportunity to try other hotels. But i can definitely say, hotel Allen beats the expectation. Stayed in room 223, a single bed room. For like 500 kr or so, you get buffet breakfast, with really good and tasty things. Their staffs are really helpful. They have this facility to wake you up, and i asked them to wake me up at 6.30. They weren't late by even a minute. I had some works left to do, even though i had to check out. So i left my baggages at the reception for 5 more hours. In the locker system of Gothenburg central station, that would have costed me 150 kr extra. And the location was also great. A walking distance from the central train station. The room could be a bit wider though. It is unproportionately a bit longer on the length. Not complaining though. Very much worth the money. Considering everything, if i visit gothenburg again, i would definitely stop by.

I was staying here for 2 days with the Uniflucht group - one of the best experiences with the room and the staff is pretty helpful .The breakfast section was always catered to. Will recommend.

The name on hotel is Center, not Sure as listed on reservation 😡. It took of a bit of time to figure out where to go as the name on bldg was not the same. The site listed free parking. I called hotel before I booked and they told me there was free parking across the street. When we arrived after searching forever for the right place, we were told that the parking was 20 minutes away and in a pay parking lot. Then we went in the room and there were beds for two people not three as we had booked! Not a pleasant experience finding and checking in to this place. Room was tiny, but clean and updated. Lobby and halls old and shabby. The site didn’t give correct details. Disappointed in BW .

Nice hotel with 55 rooms conveniently located in the center of the city.. Comfortable beds and tasty breakfast (included). Parking is available for a fee. Room and bathroom sufficient size.

Our room was very small for 2 medium sized adults. Bed was too soft and sinking in the middle. Slightly isolated from the centre and needs a bit of walk. Service very friendly. Breakfast was basic. Extra touch was the free waffles in the afternoon.
