Surf Box

Located in the marina with nice views and a large patio. The menu has good variety. We had the El grande slam and the Santa Fe salad. Salad has nice blend of flavors and lightly dressed. Ricotta pancakes are fluffy and tasty. Pricey, but not out of line for the Marina.

We grabbed breakfast and dinner here. Prices were reasonable but we enjoyed dinner more than breakfast. Staff were all nice - a good spot for dinner

As a vegan, it's very difficult to find food. That's why I really appreciate the surf box. They have a super amazing breakfast burrito that can be made vegan along with their amazing oatmeal. They recently added cauliflower tacos that are out of this world and they also have a really good vegan burger. And to top it off, they even have soy milk for us soy iced Matcha in the morning!! This plate came with three tacos. I was so hungry, but I managed to take a picture at the last one.

Best breakfast experience in playa flamingo 🦩 and the view of the harbour and the mountains from luxury of the comfortable cushioned outdoor bench seats under a circulating fan above made the environment a slam dunk. The food was as incredible as the presentation. Fresh, delicious, filling and we ate every bite! The service with the smiles seemed like a bonus, but all in all a slam dunk. Thanks guys! Surf Box blew us away! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor—the buns and crispy tuna cakes were the perfect starters, and the steak sandwich was next-level delicious. The penne alla vodka? Creamy, rich, and perfectly cooked. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Such a fantastic spot to eat! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Food was decent- I found it average- but the prices are high… you will add 23% to the price listed on the menu- which makes it high for the overall food you are getting. The Penne a la Vodka were undone - with some part of the pasta hard enough you could not chew it. The bowl was good. Will try some other place next time we are there.

such a great atmosphere, yes the prices are high but i expected that from the area. Flamingo marina on the water of course prices aren’t gonna be cheap. we ordered the spinach dip which was a very generous serving of food! i ordered the cauliflower tacos which were loaded to the top and so flavorful! service was very good, i don’t remember the name of the girl that helped us but she was so sweet!
