Surf Club

Good morning all, What can you say about a beach club that's been around twenty-five plus years and a waiting list of well over one hundred.. Beautifully maintained, right on the beach,and as one person said, "Great moon watching." We were fortunate enough to have good friends who are plank owners there and invited to a wonderful lobster dinner with all the fixins. Oh ya...and the best fish chowder I've had in a while. It was a memorable evening. Cheers

Why would anybody give this multiple stars? It's a private club that costs thousands of dollars a year to join, so you don't have to rub elbows with the working people. It replaced a funky low-key restaurant that everybody loved. Zero stars if possible.

Surf is such a great seacoast restaurant. The seafood is as fresh as could be, prepared beautifully. But so are the other dishes. Their tomato bacon salad is unbelievable!

This is nice. It's right on Rye Beach in New Hampshire. I think you have to be a member to go there, unless you're a guest of a member, which I was.

Great location and views

Good for you if you can score an invite to this private beach club. A unique experience.
