Roger was an amazing surf guide. He fitted our family with the right size boards - and they were really good boards! He took us to the best spots, always carefully checking the conditions, gave very helpful advice and tips and always emphasized safety. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to call him up the next time we are in Rincon!

Roger was an awesome Surf Guide! He dialed us into great waves everyday & supplied the perfect boards for us. He’s very knowledgeable about local conditions & super helpful with tips while surfing. And he rips! We will definitely be back for more! Thanks again for a great experience!!

Roger and TJ were amazing. We gave them a tall order- triplet 5yr old boys who hardly listen. They surpassed our expectations. Anyone with young kids will love what Roger offers. He rescheduled twice out of concern that the waves were too intense for the kids. I appreciated that so much because he could’ve easily let the kids have a miserable time in waves that were too big and taken payment. Instead, he showed integrity by finding a location with waves appropriate for our kids. The conditions were perfect. He had great charisma with the kids and made the most of the session. All three kids had never surfed before and each of them rode a dozen waves. THANK YOU ROGER AND TJ!!!!

Roger is an amazing teacher! He knew exactly where to go surfing with us to have the best conditions, pushed us in the right waves and told us what we should focus on to make progress. We probably couldn't have gotten a better teacher for our first lesson! Thanks a lot!

My daughter had a very poor experience with another surfing class at Rincon and was pretty devastated by the experience. I was given Rogers name from a local surfer here and gave him a call. Roger called me and cared enough to personalize the experience for her and my other daughter and sent his instructor Dani to pick them up and take them to the location. The experience was night and day different. Dani was very encouraging, very knowledgeable and incredibly likeable and yet at the same time pushed them to succeed. Both girls were able to get on some waves and experience the thrill of riding a wave and were both so happy after thier lesson that i think it will be something they will do the rest of thier lives. I am so appreciative of Dani and Rogers team and cant recommend them high enough if you need a lesson while in Rincon. I will be taking a lesson from them next time i return to Rincon without question! Thank you Roger!!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a surf trip to Rincon and I can't recommend it enough! Our surf guide, Roger, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we were set up for the best possible surfing experience. Roger is a great teacher, offering insights into everything from surf techniques to the local surf culture. He took the time to share his wisdom on the deeper issues surrounding surfing, like respecting the waves, understanding surf etiquette, and how to read the conditions. His knowledge and passion for surfing made the trip truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a guided surf experience in Rincon, Roger is the guy to go to!

Roger was an incredible surf guide soup-to-nuts. Highly recommend. I had been to Rincon once before, but never really explored the rest of the island, nor was I super familiar with all of the ‘keyholes’ at any break, which are super important to know to avoid hurting yourself or your board or a sea urchin when getting in and out of the water. Roger picked me up multiple mornings and drove me up and down the coast to find the least crowded, most fun break based on the swell direction / wind that day. He is incredibly knowledgeable about surf forecasting and whether you spend an afternoon or multiple days with him, you will leave with a wealth of knowledge about the different surf breaks in PR and what conditions are most ideal for each. He is also a really fun, well-intentioned person to be around. Cheers, man! See you soon!

We booked Roger as a surf guide and I would highly recommend. Roger took into account our height and weight and gave us boards perfect for our size and the conditions, he picked us up in the morning and drove us to the break and was very helpful in showing us where to paddle out and gave us many tips in the water. We will defintely book again.
