This seemed like a really fun place, with a wonderful atmosphere and live music. I was going to have a glass and order dinner, but even though there was several open tables, I was told, rather abruptly, that I would have to ask for seating, so I went to the front and waited in a loose line. When it came my turn to ask for seating, the girl bartender in front dismissed me and helped someone else even though she knew that I was next, maybe she doesn't like foreigners, who knows. When she finally acknowledged me, I was told that I couldn't have a table, as I wanted, and that I would have to sit on a bar stool with a narrow counter, against the window. She was rude and dismissive and she wasn't the only one of the staff that I interacted with, that was like that. It wasn't as much, what they said, but how they said it, so much for customer service. Maybe they should put a sign outside saying no foreigners or we prefer groups, not single customers. That's fine, Livorno only has about a thousand other resteraunts who do serve single customers and have great customer service. I had one drink and left without ordering dinner. I won't be going back there again and I wouldn't recommend it either. Quality service is a cornerstone of any good dining experience and they didn't have it, not at all, and the rudeness just confirmed my conclusions. From the furniture, the posters hanging on the walls and the rock ‘n’ roll background music you get the feeling of going back straight to the 50’s. The live music offer is top quality with international bands performing every week. And if you’re hungry they serve delicious burger sandwiches. A must to visit if you’re in Livorno

Wonderful place in Livorno Next two the sea and in summers there is a good breeze in the evening hour. The staff is really lovely, friendly and fun. The food quality is excellent and it's warm . Everything was good to taste and the prices are nominal. Must visit.

Great atmosphere at a quiet place. They really tried making it look and feel american and you just notice that. The fries are crispy and thin, and perfect! They give you a little platter with ketchup, bbq sauce, mayonaise and mustard if you want sauce with your fries. (Look at the pictures for the full list of items on this platter) The waitress was friendly and knows how to speak english. Asks if you want ice in your drink or not.

Lovely place and great food. It is right next to the aquarium. They serve large portions and good for the budget. Well worth a visit.

Visited on Saturday 23rd of March. We had a reservation for a very special occasion. The waitress seated us in a dark table behind the columns although the restaurant was empty. And when I asked her if she could kindly move us to a better table cause it was the birthday of my partner, she first refused, and than she asked us that we move ourselves our table sets, which was hugely impolite from a waitress to customers. My partner didn't want that we leave the restaurant, but that was definitely the last time I go there, the waitress has been unacceptably rude, and even after we ate dinner, the restaurant was still empty, so she didn't have any reason to give us a shitty table. Escape that place, there are better places with a better service in Livorno.

Fries are good. Quesadilla not so much… No Go: Plastic cups! Really unnecessary to waste so much plastic. The waitress cleaned our table by throwing almost everything away into the trash can right next to us. Shocking how nowadays people still don’t think about our environment.
