Surfside Beach

Excellent place to grab some beach eats and drinks and watch some planes. It's immediately under the approach path for runway 11. The restaurant is priced really well, and the beach is shallow so you can walk out really far.

In front of Talk of the town hotel, small beach, a lot of seeweed. Few spaces without. Restaurants and a bar. You can see airplanes landing at the left far end of the beach.

If you want gorgeous waters, natural tree shade, & a calm place to snorkel, this is the best beach!!! We stopped by quite a few & this was our favorite!! There is also a restaurant for food & drinks!

It's an ok beach. The sand is nice and the water is shallow, but the beach is small and the water is weedy. Planes fly overhead to land at the airport kind of like Sint Maarten but less dramatic and dangerous. Lots of parking. Two bar/restaurants right on the beach too.

Beautiful sunset, but there are plenty of places in Aruba that will give you that. It is a quiet area with some nice restaurants on the beach.

Small but beautiful beach. Little bar at the end with lounge and umbrella rentals. Parking is close, water is clear. Coral is very visible and lots of boats in view (planes too). Additional pics of the beautiful pier we walked to get there. Multiple access points to get in the ocean. We heard lots of birds and saw many different flowers. We did not see any shower spots.

Very quiet, and clear water with small waves. Ideal for small kids, or for a calm swim. The floor slopes very gradually. (You can walk out about 20-30 meters and still be in chest deep water.) You can watch airplanes landing at the airport every once in a while. Reflexions restaurant offers umbrella+chair rental with washrooms and showers. An umbrella and 2 chairs rental for a day cost US$ 20.
