Surfside Holiday Park

Great staff, it was my first time camping in Australia and I wasn't sure of a few things but they sorted me out. I arrived by bicycle and set my tent up no worries. They did advise that there had been cases of stolen bicycles and offered to lock it up inside the office. Some people in the reviews had said that was a concern. Kitchen was great, and bathrooms were clean too. The heater in the dining area didn't work though, so you might want to look into that. Great location and again very friendly front desk. Thank you!

We had a great time at Surfside, it was my first time staying at a campsite. We stayed on a powered site during Easter weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was super easy to get hooked up to the power. The facilities were nice and clean and the showers were nice and hot and right in front of the beach. The price was also very reasonable at $80 a night, I will definitely be staying Again.

This was our 2nd stay. Stayed in one of the chalets and had excellent nights sleep. Bed was wonderfully comfy. Facilities in the rooms were great. Cooked up a lovely meat and veg meal in the kitchen. When booking the staff were professional and helpful.

Amazing caravan park, very large, LOTS of amenities. Pricing is great for powered site. Service from staff is amazing, they managed to fit us in on very short notice with very polite and easy going attitude. Close to the beach & parks, really good if you have kids! Very close to hot springs and other things in area. There’s also a little takeaway at reception.

Our family of 3 stayed in a Cedar cabin.|Location of the park is amazing, a 2 min walk to the swimming beach, lake pertobe and Beach kiosk cafe. This was the highlight for us. |The staff were lovely as well- our son unfortunately had a vomit on the first night and they kindly cleaned and changed our linen in the cabin the next day. |The cabins are a bit worn out, could do with some refurbishment. Our shower made loud noises and was very temperamental (going from hot to cold erratically), the flyscreen door didn't slide well, mattress on main bed was too soft (springs worn out).|Overall, it was value for money given its prime location and is ok for a few nights' stay.

Great big campsite, booked unpowered and we had the whole grass patch of sites to ourselves. Great shower facility, best pressured tap I’ve had at a campground. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return

Amazing!!! This is the third time|We have stayed at this caravan park. This time we got a different site. Was right across from a toilet / laundry block which was great. Shower pressure is great which is good to wash sand off. The park it self if very clean and tidy. The ladies in the office were very helpful and it’s great that the kiosk is open during the summer holidays. Will be back thats for sure!!

Great campsite to take a break from driving the great ocean road. Very friendly staff, beautiful location, and really nice facilities, we were happy to pay $55 for our 1-night stay
