Surin Bay Inn Hotel

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one has by far been our favorite!! We miss it already. The staff is SO friendly, we truly felt welcomed by them all. They are helpful, genuine, and thoughtful. Breakfast is included and the breakfast is big and SO delicious!! The French toast and fried rice was our favorite. The bacon is also amazing. They have free wifi and we never had a problem with it kicking us off or being slow in the 5 days we were there. This place also has very comfortable beds and high quality toilet paper (a rare find from what we’ve seen while traveling so far). The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and they provide you with free beach towels! There’s a small market down there as well. We also had a moment where the AC broke and they immediately got someone in to fix it. We were just so impressed and happy with our stay here and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would 100% stay again if ever passing through.

Stayed here during EDC this year, and it was a very comfortable stay. The owner May (hope I didn’t spell the name wrong) is super welcoming, and the staff all wonderful. We had a room facing the ocean and the balcony is spacious. Breakfast is served at the restaurant at the first floor, and you can choose from the menu, portion is huge and a good variety of Thai or western food to select from. Very reasonable price even during this peak season, especially when a mega festival is happening in town. Surin beach is just five minutes walk away and the hotel provides guest with beach towel. We ordered maybe ten coconut smoothie during our stay and hope to return soon!

We didn't stay here but ate on 6 occasions. The photos of the food outside do not do the food justice 😒 Very friendly staff Very reasonably cost of meals All fresh. Extra points for having an open kitchen. Extra star 🌟 🤩 fir the Chefs. Very quick from order to food arriving 😋. If you want a fatties English breakfast in this area you can't go wrong at this establishment. All Thai and European food delicious 😋. Well cooked and presented . Im not a fish eater but my wife can thourally recommend the fish options ✅️. i went stay here for 2 days, very good service. all staffs are humble and helping. room was so spacious and clean. location its very good, its literally across to the beach. breakfast also amazing! very good experience, definitely will back! :)

I attended this restaurant, when the food arrived my daughter felt poorly and began to vomit. The staff immediately helped clear our table and replaced our food with doggy bags free of charge. Mai the manager was very helpful and considerate. The food here is always very delicious and tasty.

Great place to stay for accommodation and the food is outstanding We stayed in a balcony room and even the sliding doors were tinted to keep the room cool from the sun/people can’t see in. Straight across the road from the beach with beautiful views. Bed is SO comfy!! And the tv is really easy to connect Netflix/streaming services The iced coffees are also amazing here!! We only went to the restaurant not the hotel. The shrimp in the shrimp salad was definitely lacking in flavor, but I got a beef dish with mushrooms on it and that was amazing. We tried the mango sticky rice and I wasn’t a fan of it, but that was just because of my personal taste, nothing to do with the quality of the food. The service was great and the food came out quick. Would definitely go back again for the beef dish.

The Surin Bay Inn is a must try for their delicious meals. Everything ordered was 10/10. Quality service, and fresh food. Recommend
