Surin Majestic Hotel

This hotel is right next to the Surin bus station. Lots of parking. Big swimming pool and fitness centre. Big room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is included - even an egg station and good coffee. The location is close to lots of dining options, both street food and upmarket dining. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I am really happy to opt this hotel for my 3 night stay. It was randomly chosen, by seeing few reviews. It was turn out to be one of best in surin. For me best about this hotel is the location. Conveniently located next to the bus station, but designed in a way you won't feel that bus station crowds around the property,also railway station too few meters away. They have direct airport pickup/drop services with very reasonable price (400Thb). Rooms were clean. Property is not ultra modern, but still have all facility, including large pool, gym,etc. Hot running water 24 hours.. Breakfast was not great, but have buffet one with few Thai dishes n regular English breakfast. Staffs were amazingly polite, ready to help, be it on reception or restaurant. I got motor scooter on rental from the hotel in a reasonable price too. Overall really delighted with the experience. Will opt Surin majestic for my next trip to Surin for sure.

Visited again in early 2023 and the hotel has improved. Still has all the positives of being near the centre of the town, close to the train station which is important if you take an overnight sleeper train (Also recommended) and is the only hotel I am aware of with a pool in the town itself. Breakfast is also still reasonable there, and the room we were was refreshed as last visit the room I was in looked old and worn. Rooms were clean, bed was firm but comfortable and someone there has made a good decision with their pillow selections as they were great. Didn't need to interact much with the staff but they were polite when I did. They also allowed us an early checking in (4:30 am) but that will be dependent on room availability. There is nothing flash about the hotel but it is pleasant comfortable hotel.

Old hotel but really kept well. Clean. Lots of parking. Nice room - clean and comfortable - but with a bathtub/shower combo (which is okay but a little tight for a large farang like me). Didn't stay long in town, but the location seemed quite central. The breakfast was fantastic!!

Easy to park, a lot of small restaurants near by, nice and friendly staff, i recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! Have stayed three times over the last year and every visit has been awesome. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Has a great pool that in the afternoon is in the shade so a great place to cool off. On site restaurant serves a great breakfast buffet (Included) as well and lunch and dinner serving thai and western meals (they even have room service). Staff are very helpful although as you would expect English is not widely spoke (but they seem to have one or two who can speak passable English). Seems to have a large number of westerners staying there on tours and given the western style hotel that it is, makes if a very popular place for foreigners. They seem to also be upgrading the rooms (just added LED flat panel TV's) which if they continue would make this an even better hotel.

This is our fifth time here since 2016. We came here first during our honeymoon and have continued to return. The breakfast buffet isn't as expansive as it used to be but still sufficient. The remodel on the pool turned out great, and the Orca design is a wonderful touch.

1000 baht per night, big bed, tv, tea & coffee in room, balcony, decent swimming pool, sun loungers, small fitness gym
