One guy part of staff (tall noodle-y guy with short hair, American sounding accent) was rude, completely ruined my experience and evening. I was just browsing through the clothes like I normally would, and he told me to do it more gently so that I wouldn’t damage the railing they were hanging on. Not even the clothes, but the RAILING. It made me feel like I was tiptoeing around a museum where I had to be careful not to damage precious treasures, instead of a customer inside a clothing boutique whose presence is valued and respected. Maybe get a better quality railing so customers can browse more freely?!
After reading previous reviews regarding staff’s attitude, I’m perplexed why, if you want people to drop $ at your store staff should be a lot more pleasant so customers like myself, who aren’t just purchasing clothes just to spend money but also there for a nice experience, aren’t driven away.
P.S. I have worked retail myself and understand that sometimes you may have an off moment and some days you’re confronted with challenges but I would still not treat a customer this way.
