I have been here countless times and the quality of food is great. It's fresh, tasty and easy on the gut. However, for the price they take the items are relatively less and they should increase the number. The service is their main issue. I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get roti and Khichdi. They really need to be more attentive and quick in service.

Very bad taste and poor service. They serve without even asking the customer like my wife is diabetic and they served her Bajra roti with jaggery and ghee. Gulab jamun was also not good, it didn't taste like it is made of khoya. This restaurant is over- rated. One biggest drawback is that they just serve thalis. On top of this, they unnecessarily added 5% staff contribution tax in the bill along with the GST. They are cheaters, please see the bill before paying.

Suruchi is Thali themed restaurant serving Punjabi, Rajasthani, Punjabi and Gujarati Thalis. It also serves pav bhaji, chhole bhature, butter milk. The staff is friendly and courteous and cleanliness is well maintained. They serve both limited and unlimited thalis.

Came with a group and really enjoyed all of it. Delicious thali, much more varied and generous than what I'm used to (Drummond Street near Euston and for example). Loved also the variety of breads served with the meal, not sure about the salty lime drink but that's just a preference. My first meal in India didn't disappoint!

Absolutely terrific service here. They showed me how to eat everything on plate (cause I was clueless). Very punctual with the refills.

Walked in. Was greeted. Not a single person in the place which should have been a warning (always go where locals eat!!!) Sat down, a guy brought me a bottle of water. Then I sat there for more than ten minutes. No one talked to me, no one looked at me, no one brought me a menu or acknowledged I was even sitting in the place. I put some money on the table and walked out. Around d the corner is a fantastic spot. Not as fancy in decor, but nice people and great food!
