This is the best hotel who are looking for low budget hotel.. Friendly staff.. Rooms with complimentary breakfast.. Clean and hygiene rooms.. Strongly recommended

Decent place for a night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well kept. I took the only available room on the top floor that was non-AC. It was a last minute booking. This room was large and airy. It was on the terrace of the hotel and the only room there apart from the lift and stairwell. The breakfast was fine too...included idle, wada, chutney, sambar, veg sandwich, poha, tea and coffee. All fine and warm. Overall a good stay that I may return too.

I stayed almost week here. Staff is very coordial and services are quick. Owner is quite attentive about guest grievances and keep a close check on his management. Rooms are very well maintained with balcony view and they offer good healthy breakfast buffet (basic though, but totally worth) And special mention to Mr ganesh at reception, he attends his all guests very professionally. I will definitely recommend this hotel further.

Dear Friends, 1. The biggest advantage is the location. 2. Just in the heart of the Koregaon Park. 3. Hardly ten minutes of walk from OSHO International. 4. Nice & friendly staff. Quite cooperative. 5. But don’t expect much luxury in rooms or bathrooms. 6. Very basic amenities available only. 7. Super fast food delivery is a plus point. 8. Overall Recommended. 🙋🏻‍♂️

I asked for a non ac room, they gave me a room where ac was there and charged me for that, they are saying we put you there so you have to pay

Well the hotel is located very near to the famous KP but still maintains a decent distance from the chaos/happenings of the buzzing street. Service is all good and they responded promptly. The hotel looks quite old fashioned cz probably it is! 😅

It's a decent place to stay .It's in Koregaon park in German bakery lane . More hain park is one of the posch locality so it's a good option to gale a room here . The rooms are very decent .They have food options also usually buffet .There are a lot of other restaurants and street food options around the area .If you like street food you can explore the street and you will get very nice street food . Osho commune is close by just walking distance so mostly people going there prefer this place . As it's on the street there is traffic noice issue . Local stores are just a few steps from the hotel . Everything that you need like grocery ,daily need stuff etc is close by . There are lots of autos you can find if you need to go anywhere so that's very convenient . You can explore koregaon park from here by walk that is if you like walking . Advice : Some local auto drivers can be rude and they have fix rates and don't go by meter so choose one which is moving and not standing at the stand . The staff is good and helpful . Overall it's a nice place to stay

Great location, decent stay. Book directly from hotel, that’s the cheapest. Also, the Surya Villa Official site is a fake one, it is an agent link and will charge extra commission with hidden costs, which will end up costing more always.
