Surya Villa Hotel Pune

Overall it was OK but the standard can be raised a bit. Running hot water in all taps in the bathroom. The Solar system does not support hot water at night after sunset. One has to waste a lot of water till hot water comes in the tap. This is for many other hotels in India. The staff were EXTREMELY POLITE & 5 stars for this. Location is too good. Excellent car parking facility. The Veg stuffed paratha was simply delicious 10/10 for the food, as the breakfast too was delicious. Overall area cleanliness and upgrade is required.

Why it's a 3 start hotel I don't know rooms are in a very old and bad condition. They first show u the worst room ever then slowly take u to less worst room. Why ? If there were good rooms available then why show bad rooms first whats the strategy? Cost is same for everyone 2k.its a 3 start hotel but service were nothing like that. The price is only because of the location otherwise it's not even worth of 1k.

This is not a 3 start hotel. Rooms are so dirty and old you cannot use washroom because of smells.

Decent place for a night stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well kept. I took the only available room on the top floor that was non-AC. It was a last minute booking. This room was large and airy. It was on the terrace of the hotel and the only room there apart from the lift and stairwell. The breakfast was fine too...included idle, wada, chutney, sambar, veg sandwich, poha, tea and coffee. All fine and warm. Overall a good stay that I may return too.

I stayed almost week here. Staff is very coordial and services are quick. Owner is quite attentive about guest grievances and keep a close check on his management. Rooms are very well maintained with balcony view and they offer good healthy breakfast buffet (basic though, but totally worth) And special mention to Mr ganesh at reception, he attends his all guests very professionally. I will definitely recommend this hotel further.

This is the best hotel who are looking for low budget hotel.. Friendly staff.. Rooms with complimentary breakfast.. Clean and hygiene rooms.. Strongly recommended
