Sushi Hokkaido is well known for their freshness, great quality of seafoods that you cannot find else where. Friendly waitresses, very helpful and quick service👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 1 customer sitting next to me were quite noisy, the supervisor came and excused to us to calm us down 👏 Highly recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I specifically asked for a drink without ice because I have a sore throat — while they did respect that, this is what I got: a half-filled glass (photo attached). For the price, I expected at least a full portion. The food was nothing special — quite average, and not worth the price at all. The service was also poor. We had to wait a long time, no one checked on us during the meal, and when we wanted to pay, we had to go look for staff ourselves. Even then, they didn’t bring the bill promptly. Wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be coming back.

Many diverse dishes, prices are slightly higher than other restaurants, but there is no unique highlight with their sushi taste. - Red oyster sashimi is ok, fresh and delicious - Regular salmon: large flesh, bright orange color, but cut into small pieces, close to the tendons, so not very appetizing - King salmon: smaller fibers, darker orange, sweeter, softer meat, less ribbed feeling like regular salmon - Fresh shrimp nigiri was fine - hotate aburi nigiri: has green onions, slightly fishy - Grab miso is fine

Food is good, and I liked the folks too. It was January 1 so it was crowded I understand. Food came very slow. It took for an hour for a sushi roll to come… I sat on a counter and I saw at least a dozen of chefs working… very hard. Something ain’t efficient enough tho. Again food is good. I wish them a very best.
