Everybody already rightfully praised the sushi, it reminded me of the ones I had back in Vancouver, made from some of the freshly caught salmon. All that praise is justified. I want to also do some justice to the miso soup. Despite it being summer I ordered one on a whim, and boy was I right to do so… The fine gentleman that runs the show served me by far the best miso soup I had. Him serving cold green tea was a very nice gesture as well, one that I forgot for a while as not many establishments do this unfortunately.
In short, if you want to take a break from eating some of the best bureks in the world, you can enjoy world class sushi in Sarajevo as well. Much respect to the chef who made this possible!
