I was satisfied with our dinner here: fresh sashimi and well-seasoned grilled fish, for which no more sauce is needed. The dishes balance quality and price. Quite an atmosphere suitable for group chatting and a warm dinner as well. Sashimi combo 2 offers a variety of fish, including shiromi sashimi with the slide just right thick emphasizing the sweetness a little bit chewy also an recommendation. However, we sat on the corner table at the end of the restaurant which was a little bit inconvenient when asking for support from there waiters

I was truly satisfied with the dining experience here. Every dish was carefully prepared, both in flavor and presentation. The salmon cheese roll was crispy on the outside, rich but not greasy. The Italian-style amberjack sashimi was the highlight – fresh fish with a well-balanced creamy and tangy sauce. The Sushi Combo 01 offered good variety, with perfectly cooked rice and fresh ingredients. The steamed egg was smooth and delicate, while the avocado herring salad had a refreshing balance of flavors. Both drinks – hibiscus tea and peach orange lemongrass chia tea – were light, cooling, and paired well with the meal. For dessert, panna cotta and mochi were gentle and pleasant to finish with. The restaurant was clean, and the staff, especially Nguyệt, was attentive and friendly. Overall, a well-deserved value for the quality of food – definitely a place worth coming back to.

Celebrated my friend's birthday at this location. The food was awesome and very chill service. This gives winter, Hokkaido and fusion food vibes. Sunday morning is good. Salmon is nice. Would recommend. The room is cold but the food made us feel warm. Thanks 🙏

Miso soup, spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll were absolutely delicious. The sashimi pieces were rather thin. Service wasn’t great either. Told it was last orders after last orders were taken.

I’ve visited Sushi Way a few times before they renovated, and now it’s clear they’ve stepped up their game with both the upgraded space and menu. The restaurant isn’t very spacious, but the clean and minimalist décor reflects a true Japanese vibe. It’s well-organized and feels cozy. One of the highlights here is how fast the food is served. The prices are also very reasonable, especially when compared to other Japanese restaurants in central locations. The restaurant is easy to find with its prime location, making it convenient for both locals and visitors. For vegetarians, while the menu doesn’t have a wide variety of options, there are still a few decent choices. Overall, Sushi Way is worth a try if you’re looking for quality Japanese food on a budget. I’d rate it a solid 7.5/10.

It surprise me with the price and the quality. Sashimi is so fresh, I really like it. It was my first time to go there, and Idk nothing about the deal. They offer to on sale 20% ,very nice and friendly. Wanna be back again

This is by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Smelled like old fish, and tasted like fish and salt water. It looked good on the photos, but didn’t taste good. And the tuna was hard to bite through, even though it was sashimi. Take it from someone who has travelled a lot and ate on many Michelin restaurants. I would rather spent 900.000 viet dong somewhere else. Just on some local restaurants. :)

Delicious freshly made Sushi and presented excellently. Price very good. We had 9 dishes between us and it was £29. Staff speak good level of English. Nice drinks menu too.
