Really bad service i had today. Crowd looks okay, definitely busy but the worst part is everything is in a mess. Understand the staff might be overwhelmed with many things. The company processes has total no control on service recovery on the ground. Asking patrons to full up survey with no ways to get back to them at all. I’m not coming back again. Had submitted a long survey last evening, let’s see how they even respond through that channel to so call “improve their service quality” by giving customers $1 off their next meal.
To be honest, this is principles. I’m not expecting a free meal neither am i happy to pay for such services.
Edit: after reading other reviews, I’ll post my survey submission public. This store should not operate with this kind of staff quality and training from your company.
This is not the first time i came to this store. My wife is your all time supporter even when we goes to Japan. The experience I get from this store is getting from bad to worse. It wasn’t this messy until tonight. Crowd tonight was not as bad as I had gone through since I last visited.
Food did not come to me, i waited for so long seeing bowls and bowls of ramen delivered to other tables except mine. After waiting for a very long time I realised things were amissed and to find out that it was wrongly delivered after I checked the Ordered List. Called for staff assistance and it took a while which i can understand when your store could be busy. Next, while ordering the second bowl of ramen, I asked for children tableware all it came was just the small bowl. To be fair, one younger staff who brought the bowl to me informed me that all forks were all in used or washing when we ordered our second bowl (seriously?). She said she will go back to check and she never came back. Again to remind, after the second bowl of ramen came i placed another order of kids tableware which never turn up as well. It was until i had finished the whole dinner that i sought to escalate to the store manager Kenny, i got an answer that he was sorry the store was busy. I can get it when things get busy but a mess like this i seriously cannot accept. Lastly is what i was asking for is a service recovery for such service quality which you could have at the very least waive my service charge however, you are forcing me to pay service charge is what i feel is something i cannot accept and your store manager cannot do anything about it. This is the level of autonomy you are giving your store manager to and you are telling me you are improving your service quality? All that i get was to submit a feedback? This is obviously to downplay the experience you are trying very hard to improve. A very terrible experience tonight which I’m making sure I’m recording this right after the dinner.
