Such a great addition to the Westside dining scene. Even though only open for a few days everything is on point. Beautiful design; welcoming and professional staff; excellent food and cocktails. Distinctive in the generous spacing between tables so you don’t have to listen to neighboring conversations. Total vibe. Will return for sure

Had the best night here and can confidently say it lives up to the hype. The whole experience just flows—great music, stunning rooftop views (got lucky with pink skies), and a really fun, high-energy atmosphere without feeling overwhelming. The food was consistently excellent across the board. Everything came out beautifully presented and full of flavor, and you can tell there’s a lot of thought behind the menu. It’s the kind of place where you want to try a little bit of everything and end up loving it all. Service was also a standout—attentive, friendly, and made the night feel easy from start to finish. Perfect spot for a night out, especially around sunset. I’ll absolutely be back!!!

Still thinking about this night! No other spot like it in LA and will be a standout favorite! From the food to the atmosphere, felt effortlessly elevated. We ordered a range of dishes and each one impressed—the pao de queijo buns were perfectly soft and rich, the green beans tempura delicately crisp, and the yellowtail crispy taquitos a clear favorite. The toro sashimi melted in your mouth, the Kagoshima Ishiyaki offered a memorable touch, and the honey butter toast for dessert highly recommend! The bartenders were equally impressive and introduced us to the Tommy’s Temperado, which quickly became a highlight. What really tied it all together was the service—Angel was warm, attentive, and guided the experience seamlessly from start to finish. Between the rooftop views of West Hollywood and the energy from the DJ and dancers as the night unfolded, the kind of place you look forward to returning to.

I was lucky enough to have dinner there a couple of nights ago. It was absolutely incredible! The food was top-notch, the service impeccable! The rooftop location is so beautiful and a great place to experience a beautiful Los Angeles sunset. I could not recommend this place more!

Sushi Samba never disappoints, this is the third location I’ve been to and all have been great!

Our dinner at sushisamba was one of my favorite dining experiences this year! Every single person—from the bartender to our server, Angel—was fantastic, and I was extremely impressed with how well everyone knew the menu. We started with the pao de queijo, which set an incredibly high bar for the rest of our meal, but every dish that followed blew us away. I can't wait to come back for more of the sea bass, toro, and wagyu!

From the moment we pulled up, the experience at SushiSamba was absolutely flawless. The valet team immediately set the tone—welcoming, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You could tell right away that the entire evening was going to be something special. Walking in, the energy of the restaurant was incredible. We were greeted by name with smiles and immediately seated. The atmosphere strikes this perfect balance between upscale and vibrant, with beautiful design, great music, and an electric vibe that makes the whole place feel alive. The volume was just right as we enjoyed our conversations seamlessly without distraction from neighboring tables. It feels like dinner and entertainment all wrapped into one experience. The open air experience (they have a retractable roof!) is a first for us and created a lasting memory with the cotton candy sunset and tasty cocktails. The service throughout the night was easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Our server was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about every dish, and gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Every plate that came out was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the flavors were creative and perfectly balanced, and every dish felt thoughtfully crafted. Truly a 10/10 on food. What really stood out though was the consistency of the hospitality across the entire team. Every staff member we interacted with—from hosts to runners—was warm, professional, and clearly took pride in creating a memorable experience. When a beverage was cleared, a new order was taken. When a plate was removed, we were informed what was next or offered another ordering opportunity. At no point was the table crowded or overflowing with dishes. Before leaving we stopped at the bar for one more drink, and that moment summed up the entire night. The bartender greeted us by name and remembered exactly what we had been drinking earlier. That level of attention to detail is rare and speaks volumes about the culture of service here. Amazing food, incredible service, beautiful ambiance, and a fun, high-energy atmosphere. SushiSamba delivers an experience, not just a meal. Absolutely 10/10 across the board. Can’t wait to come back. PS You can always tell how good the service is by how long it takes to fill a water glass and ours were never empty!
