This evening I visited Sushi Samba with high expectations, given the restaurant’s reputation and price positioning.
Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the hype surrounding this venue.
The service fell below the standards one would expect from a restaurant of this level not particularly professional and lacking attention to detail. In this price range, guests reasonably expect impeccable hospitality and consistent attentiveness.
There was also a significant wait for the food, which further affected the overall experience. Additionally, some comments made were not entirely appropriate for a setting of this caliber. I prefer not to go into further detail, but professionalism should always remain a priority.
The quality of the food, unfortunately, was not aligned with expectations nor proportionate to the prices charged. The overall impression is that more emphasis is placed on image and atmosphere than on the substance of the dining experience.
Overall, my experience this evening was not one I would feel confident recommending.
